No matter how much I was dreading school to start, I was also dreading that my friend Shane from next door moved and some new person moved in while I was gone. My alarm blasted at the early hour of five as if I was actually sleeping. I had finally gotten a soft cast on my foot so I removed the cast and grabbed clothes for tomorrow hopping into the bathroom.

I blasted my Panic! At The Fall Out playlist on my phone singing along in the shower. I quickly changed into a black crop top and black skater skirt. I wrapped a red and black flannel around my waist and put on black knee socks and my red vans well one and my stupid cast. I straightened my hair and put on my black knitted beanie. I applied a thin line of eye liner winging the ends, some mascara to make my eyes pop and a deep red lipstick. I checked the time six fifteen. Fifteen minutes to spare. My phone started ringing and I hobbled over answering it.

"Hello" I said into the phone picking up my backpack and crutches.

"Good morning babe!" Brendon's voice said from the other end.

"Why am I getting a call from my pretty boy boyfriend at six in the morning?" I asked.

"I wanted to hear your voice, and tell my beautiful girlfriend good luck on her first day of her senior year." Brendon explained sounding proud.

"Well that's sweet but I gotta go my parents are still strict on the whole driving thing and I have to take the bus, as a senior." I groaned into the phone slowly making my way downstairs.

"Well then I let you get going, I will come see you In a few days" He said and made a kiss noise. I made one back saying goodbye and hanging up.

I walked outside as the bus pulled up. I sighed before going to step onto the bus. I got bumped into someone who appeared rushing to get on the bus.

"Avery I swear!" The guy said holding a hand up to where his heart would be.

"You gave me a heart attack! I thought you moved." I said smacking him.

"I thought I was too until we didn't large waste of my time packing to drive there and turn around and come back." He explained. Yeah Shane one of my only non famous guy friends. He's also the greatest guy to gossip with because he's gay. He's had a boyfriend since the tenth grade, my friends and I are super supportive of his relationship. Others not so much.

"Look its the faggot and would you look at that emo freak got hot over the summer. Hey babe come sit with me." One of the jocks said. I scoffed rolling my eyes sitting in a seat towards the front next to Shane. As the bus started driving my phone lit up and vibrated signaling I had a text.

'Miss you already! Can't wait to see you Xoxo ~Brendon' From: The Boyfriend

"Who's that?" Shane asked nudging my arm.

"No one, why do you ask?" I questioned looking at him.

"Because the second you saw it your face lit up and you got this silly grin on your face. Like a love sick puppy, oh my god girl you have a secret boyfriend! Slut how could you not tell me?" Shane said his face lighting up as the thought crossed his mind.

"It's not such a secret he announced it at a show." I shrugged. Shane's mouth dropped open.

"At a show?" He said skeptically.

"It's Brendon, Brendon and I are official and have been for a month in five days." I smiled excited.

"Girl he's too cute, how have you not told me before this how long have we dreamt of meeting super hottie Brendon Urie" Shane gushed. I rolled my eyes.

"He was at my sweet 16 you didn't go to!" I scowled at him.

"I was in Hawaii!" he exclaimed. I gave him a look as we finally arrived at the school saying that wasn't a good enough excuse for me. He huffed standing up carrying my backpack for me as I hopped off the bus carrying my crutches.
