Several hours of cramming food and drinking apple juice, Charles kept walking around; mindlessly. He was so tired; he looked around, watching everything happen around him. BANG, BANG, BANG! The door echoed. Every wolf stared at it so did Charles, Toriel pushed aside gently towards the door and opened it. Charles spin had felt chilled, he quickly hid behind something. Whenever something bad was going to happen his spin felt cold and chilled, like a block of ice was forcely pressed against it. Toriel gasped, and squealed.
"Amy!" she yelled cheerfully, she hugged her sandy colored sister.
"Hey Toriel!" everyone scratched their heads like they had fleas and continued talking. Charles swear it wasn't good, he shrugged and stood up. After awhile of the two catching up Toriel's ears laid flat against her head. Charles tilted his head in curiosity but he might not bother them, he trudged to the bathroom.

Toriel

"He did nothing wrong!" she exclaimed to her sister; Amy simply shrugged.
"He attacked someone, by law he either has to be chained or locked in the house" Amy said grimly. Toriel started to get angry, she clenched her fists slowly.
"He didn't attack anyone" she growled. Amy shook her head.
"That's not what the security cameras said" she told her. Toriel flicked her ear agitatedly.
"Who did he attack?" she gritted her teeth sourly.
"The Lizardings, they even filed a report" Amy flicked her white ears back and waited for her to explode in anger.
"They've been pushing him around and scratching him!" she yelled. "And he even has the scratch marks to prove it!" She snarled, standing up. Everyone was staring at her, slowly backing up.
    "Toriel..." Amy said softly.
"He's been being shoved back onto our lawn for no reason!..." she yelled, her chest boiled with anger.
    "Toriel..." she said again.
"I've watched him be scratched and kicked inside my own house!" Toriel ranted.
"Toriel! Enough!" Amy snapped back. "You make my job so much harder sometimes" she said frustrated; holding her head tightly and forcefully made her sister sit back down. "Unless you make an appeal for the file, or you'll need to give him a shock collar..." that made the red hot cauldron burst inside of Toriel.
"I'm not going to strap those wretched torture machines around his throat!" she yelled and snarled. Amy frowned at her sister.
"Let's talk about this outside..." Amy suggested calmly.
"No!" Toriel yelled, Charles tugged her arm. He had heard her yell from inside the bathroom.
"Mom..." he said to her shyly. "Why are you yelling at aunt Amy?" he asked quietly. Toriel closed her eyes and breathed in and out, trying to calm down.
"No reason... Let's go talk outside, all three of us" Toriel said standin calmly, smoothing out her dark blue dress. Amy and Toriel walked out, everyone moving to the side. Toriel's ears flicked down as she walked past them. Charles looked around and followed her.

Charles

Charles sat there, looking sad while the two talked and bickered at each other. Bill came out and Toriel turned to him swiftly "What happened?" she asked him sternly. Bill's ears slowly turned backwards.
"He went over to the playground because two pups were fighting over a ball" Bill shrugged. "He got in between them and made the doberman pup give the ball back to the fox kit. Then one of the brats was shouting at him and he ignored them" Toriel looked at Charles who swiftly made his gaze towards the ground. "Then both of the pups came to him and looked like he was asked to play. He started to follow them, then the Lizarding jumped off the bathing rock and walked towards him." Amy waited for the next detail.
"Who hit first?" Amy asked. Bill scratched the back of his neck painfully.
"Charles..." Toriel frowned angrily at Charles and Bill. Amy crossed her sandy fur covered arms.
"He wouldn't leave me alone!" he bursted at Amy. "I swear! He hurted me more than I did to him" Bill slapped his forehead and squinted his eyes shut tightly.
"Show me..." Toriel growled. Charles looked at the ground and stood turning and showing the three bright red scratches on his small back. Her left blue eye twitched with anger. She turned to Bill. "Bill! Why didn't you tell me!" She screamed.
"Not even those three brats deserve your anger" he said and backed up. Amy sighed.
"He still caused the first hit..." she told grimly. Toriel turned to him.
"Look at his cheek! That was the day before!" Amy nodded.
"I see it sis..." she mumbled. Toriel shook her head furiously.
"They do this to him every time they walk by our house!" Toriel wanted to strangle all three of the Lizardings now for what they had done to her baby Charles. He had sat back down watching it all happen. "We've even told their parents to change their kids behaviors and they do nothing about it!"
"Fine then i'll do this" Amy walked over to the white car and pulled two cameras out of the trunk. "Set these two up and if they record what happens for a week and I catch this then they're in trouble, including their parents." she gave them the light weighted electronics. Toriel grumbled to herself as she walked off with the cameras. Amy turns to Bill. "You need to keep him leashed or in the house" Bill shook his head.
"No can do" he said his arms crossed. Amy stared at the sky in frustration then looked back at him.
"Why not?" She asked frustrated. Bill looked down at Charles.
"He did nothing wrong" he shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal.
"Well in order to prove that he's not provoking them, he needs to be leashed" Amy said. Bill rubbed his eyes.
"We're not humiliating our son." Charles was starting to doze off, his head slowly bobbing.
"Okay then, one step on the sidewalk it's over, got it?" Bill shrugged.
"I can do that" he tapped Charles' shoulder with his tail. Charles looked up and around frantically then up to his father.
"Got it Charles? No stepping off the lawn and pavement onto the sidewalk" he nodded quickly. "Okay go to bed" Charles slowly stood up and trudged into the house, he didn't complain. Charles was extremely tired and once he had gotten to his bed he just face planted into the bed with no obstruction. He instantly fell asleep on the soft blue sheeted bed. Dreams whispered in his ears as they told secrets, leaving him curious.
