Planetary Protectors

Chapter 7

Hiko regained conciousness, and sat up straight, and asked "How long was I out? And what happened while I was out? Where are we?"
"You've been out for a couple hours, we found out that we were tricked and fell into a trap, and we are in a cage at the same space station we brought George to." Kane answered.
"Hmm, well that would make sense then. Well it seems that you two haven't found a way out yet, so it looks like it's up to me to get us outta here."  "But they took all our weapons, so what could you possibly come up with?" Alyssa proclaimed.
"Well ya see, they may have taken all of your weapons, but they didn't take all of mine, I have a secret weapon I keep well hidden." Just then Hiko removed his left space armor combat boot, and revealed a small knife, that was very shiny you could see your own reflection from the blade.
"Now this is a special knife, it's very shiny and reflective, it not only will cut and kill stuff, it can also act like a mirror and reflect light."
"Where did you get that from?" Alyssa asked. "You can find just about anything at the Planetary Trading Depot on Mars. Ok now if there aren't anymore distractions, I'm ready to get out of this cell." Hiko looked around and saw a control panel on the wall outside of their cell. It assumingly controls all the doors and cell laser bars for the holding cell room of the station. Hiko got his knife in his hand, walked up to the laser bars, and used his knife to reflect one of the lasers into the control panel, blowing it up.
Suddenly the lasers for their cell went away, and Hiko, Kane, and Alyssa walked out of their cell. They noticed that the door leading out of the cell room was unlocked, and not only was their cell opened, but EVERY cell was opened. "This is definitely not good." Kane exclaimed. Just then prisoners of all sorts of different species, started exiting their cells. "I'm pretty sure these guys are all actual criminals, bloodthirsty criminals." Alyssa said nervously. "Ah yes! I've been dying for a good fight!" Hiko yelled. Prisoners started charging up to them with their fists ready, and Hiko ran up to prisoners with his knife drawn, slashing away at them. Kane punched some prisoners in the face, and pummeled some in the gut. "Don't worry Alyssa, I'll protect you!" Kane told her. "Thanks, but I think I can protect myself." Alyssa said as she punched a prisoner, and kicked another. "Yeah, I think your good. But I've got your back just in case." Kane replied. One charged up to Hiko, and he stabbed him before he got to him, but another came running from behind, and tackled Hiko and pinned him down. The prisoner started pointing Hiko in the face. Kane noticed and jumped onto the prisoners back, and pulled him off of Hiko. Then Hiko slashed the prisoner and finished him off. Then Alyssa took out another. "I think that's the last of them now." Alyssa proclaimed. "Ok, now let's go find Greg and George, retake what they took from us, and get out of here." Kane said. They went through the door out of the cell room, into a hallway, which was surprisingly empty, and made their way to the main bridge of the space station. There they saw George and Greg looking out a large window, looking into space. Greg turned around and said, "Well well, looks like you escaped your cell, and those other prisoners weren't enough to kill you. So I guess I'll just kill you myself."
"Not if can help it." Hiko replied as he flung his knife at Greg. He then pulled it out of him, and walked up to George. Kane and Alyssa took the opportunity to grab their stolen weapons and money, off a table in the room. Hiko pointed his knife at Greg, and Greg cried out, "Please no! Greg don't like point things! Greg scared! Greg scared!" As Greg was screaming in fear, Hiko looked closely and thought to himself, then he put away his knife. "George, I'm not going to harm you. I'm going to let you go, but never show your face to me, or any of us ever again!" Hiko told him. Greg nodded and ran away as fast as he could. Kane walked up to Hiko tossed him back his weapons and his wallet, and asked, "Why did you let him go?"
"I looked into his scared face, and felt like I had to show mercy. I couldn't kill him." Hiko answered. Kane thought to himself that that didn't seem to fit Hiko's tough guy nature, but decided not to worry about it. "All right now let's finally get out of here." Alyssa said. They left the main bridge, and went down elevator that played some pretty jazzy elevator music, and reached the space ship hangar. Hiko looked around, and noticed a space ship. It was a nice Model R Speed Cruiser, with flames painted on the sides. "Oh I'm definitely piloting this ship!" Hiko said excitedly. They all hopped in the ship, Hiko in the pilot seat, and Kane and Alyssa in the back. "Where to next then?" Alyssa asked.
"Well we need to find out more about the Kaizarr, like where there most recent attack was, where some of their stations are, things like that." Kane replied.
"Oh I know the perfect place then, we can get some answers there." Hiko said. The ship then flew out of the station, into space heading to it's next destination.
