Chapter 17

Things are going great. Auggie loves his school and Ocean loves coming to work with me or Bradley. He says he likes going to my job better. They don't call us mommy or daddy yet which I'm ok with. I'm not going to force it on them. Touring starts back up again in a couple months so we'll have to decide what we are going to be doing about that soon. Me and Bradley were talking about having Ocean come with me for the first half of the tour. Which will be a month then when we go to California him and Auggie will join us since Auggie will be done with school by then.

We haven't officially announced on social media that we adopted Auggie and Ocean yet. We want to do a little photoshoot for Auggie and Ocean to announce that they are ours. The fans know we were looking to adopt a kid. They just don't know that it's two. So that's were we are going today.

My sister, Sarah likes photography so she volunteered to be the photographer and we rented out a little place to do it today. She's never done like a professional photoshoot like this before so it should be fun.

We got the boys custom t-shirts for this too. Auggie's is Green and it says Auggie on it with a 7 since he's 7 years old. He wanted his nickname on it instead of August and it had a elephant on it since that's his favorite animal. Ocean's was blue and it said Ocean with a 3 and it had a monkey because Bradley keeps calling him monkey. Ocean has a stuffed animal monkey that Auggie says he has had for a long time. It's like that one toy you have when your a baby that you will never get rid of ever and probably sleep with the rest of your life.

They were excited to get there pictures taken and to see Sarah again. They haven't seen her since there little welcome home party.

Me, Bradley, Auggie and Ocean are on our way to the place now. Sarah is going to meet us there.

We arrive at the place and get out of the car. I hold Auggie's and Bradley holds Ocean's hand and we walk in. Sarah was already there.

"Hi Sarah" I say and hug her.

"Hi Sab" Sarah says and hugs me back.

"Hi Auggie and Ocean" She says to the boys and hugs them.

"Hi" They both say.

"Hi" She says to Bradley.

"Hi" He says back.

"Ready to get ready for your little photoshoot?" Sarah asks Auggie and Ocean.

"Yeah" They both say.

"Ok. Great. Follow me" She says and starts walking.

"This is were we are going to take your pictures" Sarah says then walks into another room. It was like a dressing room.

"This is were you get your hair brushed and all that" Sarah says.

"Ok" Auggie and Ocean says.

So we do there hair and get them all ready. Then go into the picture taking room.

First they take a few pictures together. One was they both standing on a wooden box, then Ocean standing on the box and Auggie sitting on it. Then both of them sitting on it. After that we did individual pictures. Auggie went first then Ocean. It was only like a half an hour long. We didn't want them to sit and take pictures for a long time.

After that all 5 of us went and ate lunch since it was only 1 o'clock.

"Did you like doing a photoshoot?" I ask Auggie and Ocean.

"I did!" Ocean says.

"Me too" Auggie says.

"That's good because Sarah loves taking pictures" I say.

"She can take pictures of me whenever she wants" Ocean says.

"Ok" I say.

"Good. He can be my little model" Sarah says.

We finish lunch and me, Bradley, Auggie and Ocean go home. Sarah said the pictures should be ready in a few days.

Auggie and Ocean play in there playroom for a little while I make dinner.

After that we eat. Then I give Ocean and bath and Auggie gives himself a shower in mine and Bradley's bathroom.

I get Ocean dressed after his bath. Auggie is already done and is downstairs sitting on the couch watching tv with Bradley. Auggie stays up a half an hour later then Ocean.

Ocean runs downstairs and says goodnight to Auggie and gives him a hug. Then goes and says goodnight to Bradley and gives him a hug.

Then Ocean comes upstairs and goes sits in his bed. I sit next to his bed.

"Goodnight Sabrina" He says and gives me a hug.

"Goodnight Oshee" I say.

"When can I start calling you mommy and Bradley daddy?" He asks

"Whenever you want" I say.

"Ok. I'm going to start tomorrow" Ocean says.

"Ok. Goodnight" I say and stand up.

"Goodnight" Ocean says and I leave the room and shut the light and door. I don't close the door all the way. I close it just half way.

I go downstairs and watch tv with Auggie and Bradley.

A little while later I put Auggie to bed. Then go back downstairs with Bradley.

"Ocean says that tomorrow he's going to start calling us mommy and daddy" I say.

"I'm sure your super excited about that" Bradley says.

"I am. Why? Are you not" I ask.

"I am but I'm just sure that you are excited about that" Bradley says.

"Ok" I say.

After a little while me and Bradley go upstairs and go to bed.
