38 | Possession

The group (mostly Blythe) decided it was best to just let Senbo sit down and interrogate him.

Not really interrogate, just make him say things he was comfortable yet.

Satou did say he was going to come, but he wasn't at the Yuuki siblings household yet.

It was a good thing he wasn't.

"H-Here's some tea," Erissa laughed nervously, putting tea on the table in front of both Senbo and Blythe.

"Um, may I ask why you guys are in maid and butler outfits?"

Blythe sighed and looked at Mimmy, who was smiling.

"Of course! I decided to make everyone wear these outfits to look like your servants so you feel welcome!~" Mimmy exclaimed.

"Good thing Satou isn't here yet," Guren glared, receiving a smug look from Mimmy.

"Oh? He'll have the same treatment once he comes."

Guren gulped nervously.

"But you literally put Chelsea in a butler outfit," Ryusei commented.

"I just thought it would suit our little water mage!" Mimmy said, patting Chelsea's head.

"T-This is really embarrassing."

Mimmy looked at Blythe and nodded.

"While I do agree, I didn't think you of all people would be embarrassed~"

Blythe immediately looked away from Mimmy.

"Anyway, shouldn't we start?" Erissa asked.

Blythe nodded.

"So, um.. Sir, what do you remember?" Blythe asked, sipping tea.

"I remember wanting to commit suicide."

Blythe spit out her tea as Sin laughed in the background.

"U-Um, anything else?"

Blythe gave her former grimoire time to think, but he just shook his head.

"Do you at least remember your name?" Ryusei questioned.

"Nope."

Blythe grinned. "I'll tell you, then. Your name as a grimoire used to be Senbo. I then decided to give you the name Joshua Yuuki."

Senbo looked at Blythe confusedly.

"So.. I guess you can call me Joshua, then?"

Blythe nodded.

Senbo, no, Joshua, smiled at Blythe.

"Thank you, for giving me a name when I didn't remember."

The group smiled fondly at Joshua, only to receive a really loud and forced knock on the door.

Satou was just running to the house.

He didn't mean to be late, his mom literally almost beat him up to get him to stay.

He did sorta promise Guren he was going to come.

And of course, he was late.

The only houses that were in tact in Kyoto was the Yasaki household and the Yuuki siblings household.

Everything else was either destroyed completely or partially destroyed.

Satou didn't know that his mother was capable of this, so he assumed Yuunoa did all the work.
