Super Junior-Donghae & Eunhyuk (Korean:슈퍼주니어-동해&은혁) is the fifth official subgroup under Super Junior. It was formed in 2011 with Donghae and Eunhyuk as members.
On November 19th, 2011, the subgroup's song "Oppa Oppa" was first introduced in SS4.
On December 2011, SM Entertainment announced that Donghae and Eunhyuk would promote the song in several shows like Music Bank, Music Core, Inkigayo and M! Countdown .
On 16th day of December was the duo's first official debut performance, on KBS's Music Bank, performing '떴다 오빠 (Oppa,Oppa)'.
At the same time, "Oppa Oppa", Super Junior D&E first collaboration digital Korean single, was released through various Korean music portals like Melon, Bugs, and Mnet. The song's music video was also released with this.
"Oppa Oppa" second MV edited and directed by Shindong was released on 21st December, 2011.
Amber of F(x), Peter and Youngsky of One Way group and Sungmin and Shindong feature in the music video.
In the next year (2012.04.04) the Japanese version of "Oppa Oppa" was released in Japan as the duo's first Japanese single.
"Oppa,Oppa" reached #2 on Oricon single daily and weekly charts, and #1 on Tower Records single chart.
As the new year 2013 started, Peter of Team One Sound wrote through Twitter that the duo would release new songs in this year.
Making this statement a reality, on 19th June, 2013, "I Wanna Dance", the second Japanese single was released (which also included the B-side track "Love That I Need" ft. SJ-M Henry).
"Still You", the second Korean single followed suit, being released on 18th December 2013.
The MV for 'Still You' was filmed in London.
On the days 2013 December 28-29, "Still You" was first performed at SM Town Week: Super Junior Treasure Island.
In 2014, D&E revealed during SS5 in Osaka that they would release their first album, followed by their first tour, in Japan.
And on the 26th of the second month itself, "Ride Me", the first album was released.
The album debuted at #1 on Oricon Daily Albums charts.
"Motorcycle" was the lead single of the album. The short version of the PV was released through Avex's YouTube channel on February 2. The song became the main theme of the Japanese TV show, 'Sukkiri'.
On March 4, 2014, Super Junior-D&E : the 1st Japan Tour was kicked off in Nagoya.
It went through 8 cities including Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kobe, Niigata,
Budokan and Tokyo for 22 performances. The boys sang a total of 22 songs, including 'I Wanna Dance', 'Oppa Oppa', and 'BAMBINA'.
From 2014 May 8 to May10, the boys wrapped up their concert in Budokan, attracting a total of 100,000 fans for their 1st Japan Tour.
"Skeleton", the third Japanese single was released on 6th of August, 2014.
In 2015 February it was announced that the duo will release their first physical album in South Korea.
On 5th of 2015 March, the showcase for their first album, 'The Beat Goes On' took place at the SMTOWN Coex Artium.
On 6th March, "The Beat Goes On" album got released online.
The duo made their comeback performance on the Korean music show Music Bank with the songs "Growing Pains" and "The Beat Goes On" the same day and kept promotions going on Music Core, Inkigayo and M!Countdown.
On 9th March, "The Beat Goes On" album got released offline.
Donghae participated in the album production along with producers The Underdogs, Hitchhiker, NoizeBank and more.
The album debuted at #1 on Gaon Weekly Chart.
On 24th March, "The Beat Goes On " special edition album got released, with a total of 13 tracks.
"Present", the first Japanese mini-EP was released afterwards, on 2015 April 1, containing a total of 8 songs including the lead title "Saturday Night".
Just two days later, on 2015 April 3, "Super Junior D&E The 2nd Japan Tour" commenced in Saitama.
The duo held concerts in Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka with a total of four cities and 10 concerts. The concerts gathered more than 100,000 fans.
Super Junior-D&E Asia Tour was kicked off in Taipei on 6th of June, 2015.
It went through 4 Asia cities including Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok for 5 performances.
"Let's Get It On" the fourth Japanese single got released on the 30th of September 2015.
And on 4th October, 2015, the Gangnam K-Pop Festival was held on Yeongdong Street in Seoul.
It marked D&E final public appearance before heading to the army for mandatory military services.
