After a couple games of bowling and seeing a new movie Christy and I slept through that I can't the name to, it was finally time to head to old snowmobile club building for couple's karaoke night. The sign in front indicated that we were indeed at the right place. We walked and I noticed that there weren't very many people here but the people that were, were people from school, I didn't know any of their names but I've seen them around. We waited for it to be our time. Over the time, I heard many songs I've heard before, like Tongue Twister and other songs like that. Then it came time for Shawn and Raven to go up and they decided to sing Partners in Crime by Set It Off featuring Ashley Costello. They were really good and everyone liked them. Now it was time for Christy and me to sing. We decided on the song Angel Eyes by New Years Day featuring Chris Motionless. When we finished, everyone loved us. One guy approached us, I recognized that he was from our school.

"Hey you guys are really good," He said.

"Thank you," I replied as I put my arm around Christy's shoulder. "But it was mainly her not me."

"You were still good too," Christy said as she looked at me with a smile.

"Anyway, I was wondering if you guys were part of some band."

"Well actually we're putting together a band and we only need two more people."

"What do you need?"

"We just need two more guitarists."

"Well count me in."

"Alright well what's your name?"

"Oliver Collins."

"Well it's nice to meet you Oliver, I'm Ben and this Christy."

"Nice to meet you both."

"Yeah so you can just give me your number and we'll see you around."

Oliver gave me his number and went back to his girlfriend and that's when another girl from school came over.

"I couldn't help but to overhear that you're looking for another guitarist for your band. Am I right?"

"Yes, would you be interested?"

"Yeah, my name is Brittany Falgow."

"Alright, so you give me your we'll get in touch with you and Oliver when we've gotten things set up."

Brittany gave me her number and on that note we left and headed outside. I checked my phone to see that it was nine. A car pulled up. Out of the car came Crystal and someone I assumed to be her boyfriend, probably from a different school because I don't remember seeing him around.

"Well look at who it is," Crystal said. "Emo Boy and his girlfriend."

"How about we don't resort to name calling from now on?" I replied.

"And who's going to make me stop?"

"Yeah, who's going to stop her?" Crystal's boyfriend added in.

"I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name?"

"Tim."

"Well, Tim, since you don't know me or anything about me or anything of this sort, I would suggest that you should just stay out of this."

He stepped up closer to me.

"Why should I?"

I looked over at Christy, who was putting her hair up. It's like she knew that something was going to go down.

"Just stay out of it."

"Don't think that you can boss me around just because you can beat up Paul and Frank and you have those tattoos because you're not that tough."

"Really? Do you want to test that?"

"If you wanna go then let's go Emo Boy."

"Alright."

That's when I go for a left hook to his face, which I anticipated that he would block it. I then went for two jabs to his stomach with my right hand, which caused him lean forward. I brought down a hammer fist on his back, making him fall flat to the ground. When I finished him with a punch to the side of the head, I noticed that Crystal and Christy had gotten into a fight of their own. Christy had taken a couple of hits, but just as I was about to intervene, Christy had knocked her on the ground and punched her at least three times in the face. Christy got up off of Crystal and we both left the two of them to lay there on the ground. We then left for my place. On the way I noticed that Christy had a couple scratches on her neck and her left cheek was starting to bruise. We got home, I helped treat the scratches and got Christy an ice pack for her cheek. We later went to bed.
