"What about Vandal View?" Angel asked.
Vandal View is like an area kinda like a make out point in movies but there's wall nearby that we spray paint on.
"Yeah, Vandal View sounds great," Shawn answered. "You still have the paints Ben?"
"Yeah, they're in the trunk," I replied. "Let's go."
We all went outside and headed out for Vandal View. Christy and I listened to Black Veil Brides all the way there. When we got there, I popped the trunk and then we got out of the car. The others got here and I sent Christy over to get the bag of spray paints out of the trunk. I couldn't help it. In this fight of lust against courtesy, lust won. I watched as Christy bent down slightly to get the bag out of the trunk. When she turned around, I quickly look the other way and then looked back to see her looking at me. She walked up to me and handed me the bag.
"Were you looking?" Christy asked.
"No," I was nervous. "No, I wasn't."
Yes you were and I'm proud of you, Jason said smugly.
I quickly walked over to Angel, she was just getting out of her car.
"Something wrong?" Angel asked.
"Did Christy say anything about me when I left the diner after the situation with Roman?" I asked back.
"She was worried like the rest of us. She was worried that you were going to keep the fight going outside."
"Well I'm fine I'm glad you guys were so concerned."
"Yeah so what happened?"
"Nothing really, I just went to my car and calmed down that's all."
"Okay."
Angel started to walk away but I grabbed her shoulder.
"Wait," I said. "Did she say anything else?"
"She says you seem to be a very interesting person," Angel explained. "And kind of wonders why you're being so protective of her."
"Why? Because I love her. That's why."
"But you've only just met her."
"Yeah but she has more things in common with me than anyone else. Plus she hasn't bought into anything that those assholes have said about me. She's still nice to me unlike anyone else they have spread lies about me before."
"Well, ok then Ben, I'll take your word for it. Now let's go meet with the others."
We both walked over to the others, who were waiting in front of the wall, by the opened bag and with spray cans in their hands. I looked at the wall behind them, before all the different symbols and drawings were painted on the wall, I had painted the entire section wall black, that way when we want to clear a spot, we could go over the unwanted thing with black. I grabbed two cans, a black one and a red one, and walked over to a part of the wall. I looked around for a spot to spray. I saw red words and hearts mostly all along the wall. I heard footsteps directly behind me. I turned around to see Christy.
"Hey," I said.
"Hey," She replied. "This your spot?"
"No, well it has been for a while but I don't mind sharing."
"Well that's nice. So who's K.B.?"
I looked over at the heart. In the middle, it said, "B.G. + K.B." and next to it said, "forever and always".
And we see how that turned out, Jason said mockingly.
It's ok Ben, it wasn't your fault, Jay added sympathetically.
