She took a little longer than expected and I was feeling a little tired so I leaned back in the driver's seat and closed my eyes. I opened them after hearing my back door open and close. I looked back and I saw a bag sitting in the back seat. I looked to see Christy open the passenger door and get in.

"What's the bag for?" I asked.

"Well, I thought since your parents aren't going to be home for the weekend, I could stay at your place for the weekend," Christy replied.

"Well I don't know."

"Please."

Christy gave me puppy eyes as she asked to stay the weekend. I could never say no to someone like Christy, someone who I loved and actually loved me back.

"Okay," I said. "You can stay over for the weekend."

"Alright, well let's get going," Christy replied.

We drove off to my house and headed inside.

"Nice place," Christy said.

"Thanks, you can put your things up in my room," I replied. "Upstairs, the door at the very end."

"Ok. Will you heading up too?"

"Yeah I just need to check for a note from my parents."

"Alright don't take too long."

Christy walked upstairs and I started my search for the note from my parents, informing on the usual things they want me to do while they're out. I found the note on the fridge.

Ben,

Your father and I have left somewhere to celebrate our anniversary. Please take care of the dishes, laundry and trash while we're out. No wild parties and no trouble in general. We left forty dollars for pizza and what not. Stay safe and we love you.
