"This is really going their way..."
*click* V snapped his finger. Suddenly Jungkook fainted when he was on their way out of the ship.
"Life energy is an essential force for human. They need it to stay alive. Jungkook wasn't able to replenish his life energy as he was giving it all for you. His life itself has been shortened." V said to Jangmi and grabbing all the people on deck attentions.
"Jungkook is...... Going to die...." Jangmi's face was pale, shocked at the demon words.
*Shoobs* The knife appeared in front of Jangmi.
"Use the knife. No matter how you look at it, Jungkook will die." The demon persuade.
"Are you saying I should kill him?! Just to return to being a mermaid without Jungkook?!" Jangmi screamed at V, still can't apprehend the situation.
"Then why don't you die as well?" He suggested.
"What?" She murmured.
"If you die together, your souls will swim together for eternity. You can leave your pain and sorrow behind and always be together." He persuaded again.
*Tap tap tap* Lisa foot step was heard.
"I knew you were a crude woman but you say you're a mermaid?" Lisa slapped Jangmi hard and took the knife from Jangmi. "You're a monster! What have you done to Jungkook?"
Lifting the knife high and aimed at Jangmi, Lisa said, "You're a monster! No refinement, no culture, no good points at all. If you hadn't interfered, everything would went my way! If you'd never showed up!!!"
"Stop it Lisa!!!" Yugyeom shouted from behind. All the guest gasped.
*Slash* The blood splattered everywhere.
*Clang* The knife dropped from Lisa's grasp.
"Wh-why?!" Lisa screamed at Jungkook.
Jungkook blocked the knife with his body. His blood was everywhere. Jangmi was shocked. Her face was frozen.
*Thud* Jungkook slumped into the floor.
"This is not my fault!" Lisa screamed, looking around to search for backup.
"Jungkook.." Jangmi hold Jungkook's hand.
"Jungkook..." She placed his palm to her cheek.
"No... Please hand on!" Suddenly her legs turned to tail. "...if it touched the blood of the one you love, you'll return to being a mermaid..." The words from the demon plays inside her head.
Jungkook eyes were open but it was weakly, Jangmi lowered her head towards Jungkook.
Jungkook let out her necklace from his pocket and gave it to her. "You... Saved my life... You did so many things ... For me...." He said as he caress her cheek.
"I'm so glad we met..." He said it with a keen eyes.
Jangmi was lost of words.
"I love you...." Jungkook slowly lost his conscious.
"My cute flower..." Jungkook hand dropped to the floor and his heart beat stopped.
