As the snow began to fall I stayed with my mother working around the house. We for a letter from my father telling that he was fine and such. By this time now Hercules is in the British territory. One of the letters my mother handed me said there will be a winter's ball. My father said in another one of his letters that he will be there. "So I heard there was gonna be a winter's ball your father said in one of his letters." My mother said. "Yeah can we go mother!" "Well..." "Please this will be my first ball ever!" "Well okay but first we will need to get you a dress." "When will we go get a dress." "Later today just let's get you clean up to go out." ~where Hercules is~ Hercules p.o.v I arrive back at the camp to give general Washington the news on what the British are up to. Letters from Laurence say that there will be a winter's ball. I decided to go to spend time with the guys and such have some fun before we have to go back to fighting. Am I decided to make a brand new suit for me for the ball. Well I should get to work on that. ~back where you are~ As me and my mother went into town to get stuff we decided to go find a dress. When we went into the shop I found a few dresses that would suit me but they where too small. Finally I found one dress that I likes as I tried it on.

My mother says I should wear a corset for the ball but I think it guys wonderful. We decided to buy the dress as when we got back home me and mother cooked dinner for ourselves. ~Where Hercules is~ Hercules p.o.v "I was almost done fixing up my suit as I put the last button on i try it on to see how it looks. It fits perfectly. I keep it on until me and the gang will go." It starts to snow as all the soldiers leave to the ball. ~Where you are~ My mother does my hair as I get ready. "Okay Y/N stay still I need to get this right." My mother says. She tightens the corset on me. "Ahhh!" I screamed. "Calm down there now you can put your dress on."
When I put the dress on i looked so different. My mother was already dressed as I did a bit of makeup. A carriage arrived to pick us up which father sent out for us. "Come on Y/N Your father awaits us at the ball." "Coming!" I race out as I get into the carriage. The whole time I was nervous and excited. But mostly nervous about everything. Before I knew it we arrived.
