You were one of the most famous human rights lawyer, you were always busy but you didn't really mind considering that you adored your job. Defending the poorest and the freedom was a true satisfaction. However it was an exhausting job and you didn't sleep more than four hours per night. When you were at home with Tom, your fiancé, you didn't really take time to relax. Tom always told you to stop to work so hard, it would kill you but you repeated that you needed to do that because people should to be helped.

Right now you were working on the Nabil Rajab's case. This case was difficult and you worked really hard on it even harder that you used to. You alternated flight to Bahrein to meet Nabil, discussion with the authorities and usual work in your law firm. That was tiring but this case represented a lot for you thus you never complained. Tom recommended you to take some days off but you refused, the justice didn't take days off. When you assisted to the trial you were overstressed, you hoped that Nabil would finally be authorized to leave jail. However the trial wasn't as you planed, during it the prosecutor accused Nabil of new charges and you understood that they did that because they didn't want to free him. during the flight back home you felt crushed, Nabil told you that he knew by advance the trial's decision so he reassured but you couldn't help it, you were devastated.

When you came back home you slammed the door in anger, this decision was so unfair! You ran upstairs and threw you luggage on the floor. you heard Tom called you but you felt too upset to reply. You sat on your bed and buried your head in your pillow. You had refrain your tears during all the flight but now you couldn't contain yourself any longer and busted in tears. You heard your bedroom door cracked and footsteps, Tom sat next to you and stroked your hair. He took you in his arms and brushed your tears away. He consoled you telling you that you did your best and worked hard on it, you couldn't blame yourself for this unfair decision, that wasn't your fault. You tried to believe him but you couldn't, you felt terribly guilty and Tom was conscious of that. He decided to cheer you up, after all you always took care of people and someone had to take care of you.

He did some silly faces to make you smile and you laughed a bit, you stopped crying and he smiled at you. he kissed you softly and brought you to the kitchen. On the table there were a bunch of your favorite foods and you looked at Tom surprised. He didn't like to cook, it made your heart melted to know that he did it to comfort you. when you ended your meal, you thanked him a lot. As you stood up to hug him he gave you a little note. He told you to read it and the more you were reading the redder you were. That was a love note, certainly the cutest you ever read. On it Tom had written "the skies may stop turning blue but I ll never stop loving you. the stars may stop shining tomorrow but I ll never stop shielding you from sorrow. The sun may stop shining one fine day but I ll always keep your troubles at bay. The earth may stop rotating on its axis but I ll never let a day pass without giving you a kiss. I love you" You wondered how you managed to get a such adorable fiancé. you threw you rams around his neck hugged him, you buried your head in his chest. you stayed there few minutes in a complete silence, enjoying each other company. He rose your head and peppered your cheeks with kisses. Between each kiss he gave you a compliment. he eventually told you that he still had surprises for this night, you replied that it was too much, he had already done so much for you. he chuckled and answered that you had no choice. You followed in to the living room where you sat on the couch. he put ain't no sunshine on and began to serenade the song. He gave you his hand and danced slowly, romantically with you. even if the song already ended you continued to dance with him. you were lost in a total bliss. You stopped to dance when Tessa ran in your legs and made you fell. Tom busted into laughter. You cracked a smile and pushed him on the floor to revenge you. he looked at you devilishly and tickled you. you begged him to stop but he refused, he said that he would stop only if you apologize to have push him. after some minutes you couldn't endure this torture and apologized. He instantly stopped and kissed you eagerly. The kiss session turned quickly into a make out session.

Suddenly he threw you over his shoulder. He led you to your bedroom and took you in your bed. He asked you to close your eyes you did it waiting for him kiss you. however you heard him left the room. He repeated you to stay closed eyes. You pouted a bit, you weren't much a fan of surprise. When he came back he put something on your bed and told you to open your eyes. In front of you stood a little grey bunny. You absolutely loved bunny and already loved this one. You took him in your arms and pet him. tom brought a box for your new friend and you put it in. you kissed your boyfriend and repeated him how thankful you were and how much you loved him. he chuckled, you were so cute. He was truly happy to have lighten your mood and smiled at your happiness. The best part of dating you was making you happy because no one was as beautiful as you when you smiled and laughed.
