• why do the official members of this awards will be needing your email?
we'll be needing your email in most cases, [ wrote this on 08 . 09 . 17 ] because i'll be on semi-hiatus for a while and i only have one day remaining before school starts again but i would still update this award book for upcoming announcement. And the main reason why i'll be needing your email, especially for the judges--- i'll be sending it through your email for further announcements and you'll be incharge while i am gone.
• how do we rate one's work?
some of you are askin', how did the overall score get 101/101 . . . [ 40.25 + 30.25 + 20.25 + 10.25 ] will give you 101.
in every rate / for ex.
{ 10 % = book cover }
06.05 - poor
07.10 - not bad
08.15 - nice
09.20 - good
10.25 - excellent
{ 36.05 - 40.25 for plot
26.05 - 30.25 for grammar
16.05 - 20.25 for description
06.05 - 10.25 for book cover }
ANOTHER EXAMPLE,

= 38.15 for plot
= 28.15 for grammar
= 16.05 for description
= 10.25 for cover

after you get the overall rating score, DIVIDE IT TO 2
for example, 92.6 ÷ 2 = ???
