in every category that are minimum of 5 and maximum of 15 works, we will be selecting three winners.
in every category that are less than of 4 works, we will only be selecting two winners.
but ya'll don't have to worry if you weren't chosen, we will still be having an extra awards but it will still remain confidential and besides, there will be an overall winners regardless to which category you are in.
