Chapter 33

Grey's p.o.v.

"Knock knock", my mom called as she pushed the door open. Infinity froze at the sudden noise before exhaling and relaxing. "I didn't know she was coming over", she picked up
Jasper and began making faces to get him to laugh. "Nana Dot!" the boys cheered as they came coursing through the living room. "Nana Dot?" Infinity asked looking at me quizzically. "Her actual name is Dorothy but Parker stated calling her Nana Dot and it really caught on", I chuckled as I picked Hazel up and balanced her on my hip. "Dorothy, it's so good to see you", Shane greeted her as the boys ran away. "And it's wonderful to see you Shane", she hugged him tightly before embracing Rachel and taking baby Ari. "So, I was thinking that we should go on a date night tonight", I proposed hoping that it wouldn't cause her to panic. She glanced around nervously and chewed her lip before nodding her head.
        "Great, Mom already said she'd watch the kids.", I grinned feeling a slight blush creep onto my cheeks. "You've had this planned", Infinity  giggled with a knowing smile. Suddenly she whimpered and buried her face in my shoulder. "What's wrong Princess", I asked, putting Hazel in her playpen and wrapping my arms around Infinity. "Pain", She whimpered, pulling away to put Jasper in the playpen before coming back to my arms. I hated that her heat caused her so much pain. "Im so sorry Baby", I kissed her temple and rubbed her back gently.
         "I... I'm...fine", she leaned against me weakly as the pain passed. "Now where're my grand babies?", my mom asked happily as she made her way over. "Da da", Hazel called causing a smile to pull at my lips. "Ah there you two are!", Mom exclaimed as she played with with Hazel. "You two should go get ready", she ushered us up the stairs. "I'm going to run through the shower real quick", I quickly pecked her cheek and hurried into the bathroom.

       "Grey?", Infinity asked as I stepped out of the bathroom with a towel loosely wrapped around my waist. "Does this look okay?", she turned towards me to reveal a knee length black dress with a slight dip in the neckline. It fit around her curvy form perfectly, hugging her body in all the right places. She had applied red lipstick and added a pair of black heels making her look absolutely breathtaking. "You look absolutely stunning Princess", I pulled her into a quick kiss before going to find something to wear. I slipped into a pair of black slacks and a grey button down before walking out to meet Infinity.
        "Are you ready, Mr. Silverstone?", she asked causing my heart to skip a beat. "Of course m'lady", I responded, offering my arm for her to take. She smiled and graciously took it, allowing me to lead her down the stairs. "Well don't you two look jaw dropping", mom smiled as we reached the last step. Infinity smiled shyly as a blush crept onto her checks making her look adorable. "Ma ma!", Jasper and Hazel shouted in unison. She took Hazel from my mom's arms and hugged her tightly. "I love you, Baby girl", she kissed Hazel's cheek causing her to let out a loud squeal. Hazel stretched out to me and Infinity handed her over before picking up Jasper.
"There's my Lil' Man", she tapped his nose and kissed his cheek causing him him to laugh loudly. I smiled at the exchange as Hazel laid her head above my heart and played with my fingers. "Okay I hate to be the party pooper but you two should probably be on your way", mom smiled as she bounced Ari on her hip. I gently placed Hazel in the play pen and watched as Infinity reluctantly let go of Jasper. "They'll be okay, let's go enjoy ourselves", I pulled her close and whispered in her ear. She nodded and chewed on her lip as she allowed me to pull her out the door.
"Are you sure everything will be okay?", she asked nervously as I wrapped my arm around her shoulders. "Princess, everything will be perfectly fine. No one can come near the house without me knowing", I kissed her temple before opening the car door for her. I hopped in and started the car glancing over to make sure everything was okay. "I love you Princess", I pulled her hand to my face and kissed it gently. She giggled and hid her face behind her hair. "I love you too", she responded taking my hand in both of her's and leaning against my arm. I had to smile as I turned into a dark driveway.
              "Where are we going?", she asked fearfully as I continued down the dark road. "It's a surprise Princess", I couldn't help the grin that spread cross my face. "Grey, I'm scared of the dark", she whimpered causing my heart to stop. "Everything's okay Princess, I've got you. I promise it won't be much longer", I squeezed her hand reassuringly hoping that would soothe her nerves. I parked the car and stepped around to open her door. The minute she stepped out of the car the entire circle of trees lit up thanks to the fairy lights strewn between the branches.
"Grey it's beautiful", she gasped as her face lit up like a child's. "Are you hungry m'lady?", I asked leading her over to the table that rested under the elegant canopy of lights. "Starving", she smiled shyly and looked up at me. We ate in silence and I had to smile at the look of wonder on her face. "So what's the occasion", she smiled and leaned across the table. "I felt like treating my beautiful mate to a night out", I chuckled as I took her hand and laced our fingers together. Her cheeks turned pink and she looked down. "I have one more surprise", I stood up and pulled her with me. I left our fingers laced together as I got down on one knee. Her free hand covered her mouth as tears sprang to her eyes.
"Infinity Marie Blade, you're the most amazing gift the moon goddess could have given me. I know it's a little late considering everything, but would you make me the happiest man alive and become Mrs. Silverstone?", I asked pulling the diamond ring out of my pocket. She nodded and burst into tears as I slipped the ring onto her finger. I stood up and she threw herself at me causing us to both hit the ground, with me absorbing most of her weight. "I love you Princess", I whispered as I stroked her hair and wrapped an arm around her waist.
