"I see you here everyday, why?" Said a a feminine voice. A cheeky redhead sat next to Peter. She wore a beany a stylish jacket and ankle boots with socks that went up to her knees. She wore a skirt under the jacket only the end visible.

Peter took off his headphones pausing his novel and looked to her. He took one glance and his smile faded. He thought Mary Jane returned but sadly she hasn't it was just a stranger.

"Do you wait for someone?" She asked.

"N-no I just sit....and listen." He said staring back at the lake before them.

"Listen to what?"

Peter pointed to the headphones resting around his neck and the to shared a laugh.

"Sorry, this must be awkward for you, huh?" She asked brushing a strand of hair behind her ear.

"No. Sitting next to a stranger that confessed to stalking you is perfectly normal." Peter replied sarcastically without breaking contact with the pond.

"I should assure you I don't stalk. I just come her often. I knew someone that lived it here." She said.

"A dead relative?"

"How'd you know?"

Peter glanced at her seeing that now she was watching the pond.

"I see you too. Not often but I see you talking to him, that tree." Peter said now looking at small tree standing just a across the pond.

The two shared a quiet moment just thinking to themselves. It was a friendly encounter one that they couldn't really say they enjoyed since it was so random with no answer to explain it.

"Well I should be going, she said wiping a tear in the most of moving a strand from her eye.
She tried to do it in a way he wouldn't notice that she was tearing up but he did. He didn't mention it though.

It was none of his business.

Peter sat at his usual seat alone taking a bite out of his burger and once again listening to his audio book in peace. Thus place was like a sanctuary to Peter, the one place he felt welcomed and safe. He never expected anyone to find him there even though it was near the center of the school.

Wade just so happened to pass by when he noticed that Flash was stomping his way near the center he looked heated and not in the mood. Naturally wades curiosity took the better of him and he found himself following flash.

Wade was strong and built well, but he was very sneaky when he wanted to be. He didn't make a sound.

Flash confronted Peter throwing him across the the table he sat at into the wall. Peter was different this time though. He wasn't scared and he didn't plead for him to stop. He dared him to try to hurt him. He didn't have his seeing glasses, instead he let his hair fall over his face and wore a scarf over his mouth in the cold.

Flash threw the first punch and Peter dodge it and returned one. Hitting him straight in the jaw flash felt the blood drip and tried again this time he tried to force him in the floor only for Peter to pick him up from the ground off his feet and into the wall.

There was a large crack and Wade froze up when he noticed the impossible erosion Peter put into the wall. Flash for the first time was pleading for mercy and said sorry. That's when Ned was added to this equation.

"Pete, I heard... i-im sorry what happen to your uncle really. I just want you know. It's gets better." He said.

Ned gave him a hug, it was warming. Peter didn't return the hug. Tears was packed in his Eyes and he took his broken headphones and left out the school without a word.

He wasn't the same. Wade wondered what happened to Peter that made him change so much. Did his uncle say something that he couldn't take back.
