I was just about to head to PE when I heard grunts and soft scream coming from the window beside me. It was raining hard and I was the only one in the hallway running late to class as usual. In the distance by the field were too boys fighting. One was taller than the other and was laughing I figured they were tough housing and kept walking until someone new ran past and intervened in the fight. He ran out in the ran and beat the guy to a pulp.
He was on the ground coddling his stomach in pain as blood poured from his lips. The two men went away in the rain but never came back inside. I should've told someone or atleast helped the guy up but the more i focused I found out it was none other than my brother Eugene.
'Let him rot'
I told myself. He was family but he was also an obnoxious asshole without a care in the world for anyone else. To be honest he was a great person until his girlfriend Gwendylon Stacy left New York.
No one new where she was or why she left but flash hasn't been the same since, last time I tried comforting he beat up. He was my abusive brother. I got most of battle scars from him and he got his from me. He wasn't going to let anyone know his little sister bashed his face in with a baseball bat in Halloween night.
His masculinity was too important to him. That's probably why he lost Gwen.
"See you at home Flash" she whispered as she continued to her class.
I got to class 2 minutes late and earned a lecture from my teacher. I stayed quiet not wanting to be humiliated for my reasoning, because I don't have one. I just chose to walk slow and take in the sound of he patterning rain.
I sat in my seat in the far corner and rested my head on my desk. Taking a few notes and then recording the rest on my phone so I could study at home. There was no point in listening to her now if I could do it later when I'm bored.
Besides it worked, ever since Mary Jane came up with the idea I haven't failed a single class.
She was gone too, went to follow her dreams on California. Rumors say she got a tv show in Hollywood. Rumors also say she is a model now and is dating a former disney star. I don't believe in those though.
Whatever she is doing it's her story to tell. I missed her and Gwen, I had a friend named Harry, he was dealing with a death in the family and hasn't been back in months. I wonder what happened to him. Some say he is rotting in his penthouse alone and broken. That someone was me, but who could imagine what he was going through. Norman Osborn was the only family he had. Even if his dad never appreciated him.
[A.N]
This chapter was just diving in to some of the side characters that were introduce and a were are they now? Introduction. We got some background on flash and his story and where Tombsey fits into all this. Gwen is actually still in the story if your wondering and will make an appearance soon as well as others who were mentioned in the chapter.

The big bad villian will make an appearance but will be bigger to the story in part so stay updated
