Being Adi's GirlFriend

Drowing Part 2

This is continuing from 'Drowning' so if u haven't read it, read it now :)

After me, tal, Anthony and Adi finished our sandwiches, Adi grabbed the one that was in the basket that was suppose to be for Michael and opened his mouth as if he was about to eat it. Michael just stared at him angrily.
Adi: haha I'm only joking.
He said giving him the sandwich.
Tal: Oh I need to get my camera for the vlog. But I just want to lie in the sand. The sun makes me tired.
Y: don't worry I'll get it.
I got up and did a mini jog to the house.
Did tal just make that excuse just to look at me again? I don't know.. tal wouldn't do that........... yeah. Tal wouldn't do that. Anthony and Michael would though. Oh well.

I grabbed tals camera and carried it carefully to the beach. But before I tuned the corner to the beach, I heard Michael talking about me. I decided to listen.
Michael: ooh she fiiinnnneeeee
Adi: STOP! Michael seriously I don't want u liking my girlfriend like that.
Michael: hahahahahaha
Tal: dude stop winding him up
Tal said to Michael.
Michael: sorrrryyyy! I'm just expressing my feelings!
Adi: I know but i really like her! Don't ruin things for me Michael!
Michael: alright alright chill! She doesn't have to know i like her.

Oh so Michael likes me.. I don't know if he's winding Adi up though. Shall I stay here and keep eavesdropping? No, I shouldn't.

I walk into the soft warm with Tal's camera in my hand. All of their eyes were on me. I don't know if I should feel embarrassed. They all smiled at me as if they were hiding something. If they wanted to hide the secret that Michael 'liked' me, they should of talked quieter.
I handed Tal his camera.
Tal: thanks
I replied with a smile and sat down next to Adi. I looked down at my cute white nails ( the white was nail polish for those who didn't know 😂)
It was all silence for a few minutes until tal broke it.
Tal: so, shall we vlog?
Anthony, Michael, Adi: Yeah!
Tal started the camera and pointed it at his face.
Tal: hey guys! So me, Michael, Anthony, Adi and his girlfriend, Y/N are here at the beach. We are gonna stay here all night! -
Michael: EVERYONE! COME TO OUR FUNERAL AS WE ARE GOING TO DIE BECAUSE THE TIDE WILL COME IN-
Tal: SHUT UP MICHAEL! Yeah so we are going to stay here. Don't worry guys we are not going to die.
Anthony: we might
Tal: yeah we might but yeah....
He then ends the recording and looks at me. I smile but all he does is blink at me.
His pupils in his eyes grew bigger.

Oh no.... Tal likes me I can tell. I watched a YouTube video on 'how to tell if a guy likes you' and one of the ways is if their pupils got bigger.

I look away from his gaze and stare at the sand. I feel awkward.. I don't know what to say or do. I just want to sleep and wake up where everything is cool between us.
I look at Adi and I see him looking at me.
I look at Michael and he's looking at me.
I look at at Anthony but he was looking down.
Y: I'm gonna sit over there..
I say pointing to the sea.
I stand stand up and sit on the edge of the sand with the sea touching the tips of my toes. I sit with my knees tucked into my chest and stare at the line where the sky meets the sea. I zone out until someone sits next to me. I look to my left to see Adi looking at me.
Adi: are you ok?
Y: I don't know..
I say, not taking my eyes off the sea.
Adi: what's wrong?
I hesitate.
Y: well... I feel.... awkward.
Adi: why?
I look at him in his eyes.
Adi: tell me...
Y: I heard what u were talking about when I went to get the camera...
I say. I turned my head slowly to look at the line again.
Adi: oh..
there was silence. I lean to my left and rested my head on Adi's shoulder.
I feel tired. My eye lids slowly fall and I'm asleep.

10 mins later

Adi: babe wake up.
I hear him but I don't want to.
Adi: y/n?
I open my eyes slowly.
Y: let's just get on with today.
I say and I stand up holding my hand out for Adi to get up. He takes my hand and stands up and we walk to tal, Michael and Anthony.

~Time Skip To Night time~

It pretty dark now and it gets cold. I open the basket and pull out a blanket and everyone copies.
We sit at the top of the beach so we are less likely to die.
Tal: hey guys! It's night now, 10:45 and we are going to sleep here all night.
He says into his camera.
He walks over to Anthony.
Tal: say hi
Anthony: hi
He then points the camera to Adi.
Adi: hey guys
He then points the camera to me.
Y: Heyyy!
He then points it to Michael.
He doesn't say anything. He just does a 'peace sign' with his fingers (✌️)
Tal sits back down next to Michael.
Tal: so yeah guys. They look pretty tired. This vlog won't be long. Just a few minutes.
He then stops recording.

(Just to let u guys know they are all sitting staring at the sea at the stop of the beach. The order goes:
Anthony, Adi, y/n, Michael and Tal.
So y/n is in the middle of them)

Michael: I'm hungry. Y/n what good did I pack?
Y: chocolate, candy and fruit. I think that's it.
I say.
Tal: how can you be hungry?
Michael: coz I'm a man!!
I smile at his silliness. He sees my smile through the dark and winks at me. I look at Adi to see if he saw. He did. We all seemed depressed.

This is not how i pictured tonight. I thought everything was going to be fun! I feel stupid and embarrassed inside for coming up with this idea! Why did I think of this idea?! It was a stupid stupid stupid idea!!

Y: *Sigh* I should have brought pillows.
Anthony: yeah. How are we going to sleep?!
Michael: by closing ur eyes. Duh!
He says eating some chocolate.
I try not to smile or laugh. But he can tell I'm trying to hide it.
Tal: yeah y/n go and get pillows.
I slowly get up and walk to the house ... again. But before I can get to the door this buff guy comes up to me.
Guy: hey girl. What you up to.
Y: nothing...
I say. I start panicking.
He grabs my arm and I try to scream but he puts tape on my mouth.
Guy: ur too pretty to be here in the night.
He drags me up the hill.

Omg! Is this the end?! I can't believe this!
I try to kick but he doesn't feel anything he takes me to the edge of the hill. I look below and i see the sea. He's going to throw me in the water I know!
Guy: goodbye pretty lady.
He throws me into the sea.
As I fall I see tal, Adi, Michael and Anthony siting on the sand.
I'm that scared I pass out .
I hit the sea. Luckily it wasn't deep but I hit my face on rocks.
Adi: OMG THAT PERSON GOT JUST LANDED IN THE SEA.

Adi's POV

Me and my friends run towards the person who just landed in the sea.
As we get closer we realise it's y/n.

Adi: OMG ITS Y/N!
Michael: NOOOO
I take y/n arm and pull her out of the water. I then pick her up and carry her to where we were sitting.
A tear dripped down my chick.
Adi: Y/N!! PLEASE WAKE UP!
Tal: she's breathing.
I pull the tape of her lips.
Adi: QUICK! Look up on your phone what to do.
Tal: bro I think we should call the ambulance.
Adi: THERES NO TIME HURRY!
I shake her shoulders as I cry some more.
Tal: ok ok. Hold her nose and blow air into her mouth.
Michael: OH I'LL DO THAT!
Tal: MICHAEL!!
I hold her nose and blow air into her mouth.
On the second try she starts to cough.

Y/N POV

I start to cough and I open my eyes slowly to see Adi's face a few inches away from mine... but I also see tals and Michaels face also a few inches away. Anthony's was somewhere else.
Anthony is not the type of guy to get involved in things.
I sit up and put my hand on my mouth and cough even more as I gasp for air.
Adi: y/n what happened?!
Y: I - I-
I try to speak but I keep coughing.
Michael: let her get some air first.
I take deep breaths to try and control myself.
Y:I was walking to the house and.. and this *Cough* guy puts t- tape on my mouth. I - *Cough cough* kicked him but he carried me to the cliff and threw me off.
I'm bursts into tears.
I'm so embarrassing. I didn't want to cry in front of everyone.
I bury my face in my hands and Adi pulls me into a hug. I hug him back for a long time. As I'm hugging him I see Michael looking at me. A slight of jealousy was in his eyes. He looked at me and smiled but turned around quickly.
I think he was about to cry.....
