Being Adi's GirlFriend

Drama ~ Chapter 31 ~

10:25 and the plane begins to land.
The plane starts rolling forward to the airport. I grab my little bag with my phone and my book in and get out.

I'm so glad I'm back in L.A.

I walk into the airport and grab my luggage.
(The place where u get ur luggage is the airport.. right?)

I stand outside in the warm sun and call a taxi to take me to my house. I was so excited to get back. I'm sure Tal and Adi are up by now.
By the time the taxi arrives, it's 10:40.
I place my luggage in the boot and hop in the drivers seat. In the meantime, I look at my phone. 

A notification comes up on the screen. The tweet is from tal. It says:
'at movie theatre with @ reactionbro and @ jojosimmm'
I like the tweet and play attention to the road again.

11:00 am and I see the house. My house. Well.... it was Adi's and tals first... but Adi asked me to live there so I guess it can be mine too.

I pay the driver and grab my luggage. As he drives away, I slowly walk down the path and to the front door. I drop my bags carefully on the ground and knock on the door. No answer.
I decide to reach for the handle and I slowly open the door. I step inside and slowly walk down the hallway and I peep my head around the corner.

I see Adi. And I wish that was the only thing I saw.
I see him sitting on the couch. Kissing another girl.

My heart literally sank. I didn't know what to do. I raise my hand over my mouth and make a run for it down the path. I just run and run and run. I don't know what I'm running from. I just want to get out of here.

My eyes fill with tears and my surrounding go blurry.

Stupidly, I run across the road not looking left and right like my parents used to tell me and I see a big black car shape heading towards me.
Luckily it stops just before it hits me and Michael runs out the car.

I still try to run away from everything but Michael holds my arms.
I struggle out if his grip.
"Y/n, Y/n, calm down. Look at me, look at me. What happened?"
He says calming me down.
"Adi- Adi's in there with - with another g-girl." I say.
"Are you serious?! Stay here." He runs towards the house and I'm here left alone in the middle of the road.

I stand in front of Michaels car, wiping my eyes so I can see clearly again. I try to steady my breathing. 

Then I look at the house again and I see Michael pushing the girl out of the house. The girl gives up on trying to get back inside and walks away.

Michael and Adi make their way up towards me and my broken heart started beating fast. My anxiety kicks in. I don't want to look at Adi or even hear him speak because I know that if I do, I will fall in love with him again even though he cheated on me.

"Y/n I am so sorry," Adi says.

Yeah right. I'm pretty sure he's 'sorry' for kissing another girl.

"Adi don't give me that stupid apology! U are not sorry! I don't want to see you or even hear u speak! Just leave me alone!" 

Then I turn and run.

After about 5 minutes of straight running, I decide to stop to take a breath. I didn't realise that Michael was right behind me.

"Y/n! Y/n calm yourself," he says behind me.
"How can I calm myself?! He cheated on me!" I shout. I'm so angry and upset right now but Michaels only trying to help me.
I cry even more because I shouted at Michael. I didn't want him to be upset. Being upset is the worst feeling and I've had a lot of experience.

I sit down on the ground with my head in my hands. Michael sits besides me.
"You know what Adi told me in there?"
I stay silent.
"He said he was kissing another girl, because he missed you,"
"That's stupid! If h-he loved me he would of w-waited."  I say trying not to cry anymore. It was difficult though.

"I know, it was a stupid idea."
I breath out very shakily and look up at Michael to see him looking up at me.
But then I see someone else running up to us in the distance.

As he came closer, I made out that it was Adi. I try to stand up to run again, but my legs were to shaky to move.

Instead Michael got up and went towards Adi. They were talking quietly until-
"I love her!" Adi shouted at him.
"You're just sticking up for her because you still love her!"

Dead silence surrounded us and Michael turns to look at me.
All I could hear was my heart somehow still beating.

Michael still loves me?
