Maya's pov
We were now at S.T.A.R. Labs, looking over things. "Oh Maya, I forgot to ask you how was your date?"Caitlin asked. I was about to answer until a voice interrupted me.

"Date?" I turn to see Barry, he had came back with our breakfast with Cisco.

My eyes widened, "Hey," I try and change the subject, "buddy.."

His eyebrows furrow as he hands the bag to Cisco, "What date? Are you seeing someone?"

I turn towards Caitlin as she shrugs. "Dr. Wells?" I turn toward him as he looks up
shaking his head.

"You should just tell him." Wells says, "you've been hiding it from him forever."

"What?" Barry shouts, making me squeeze my eyes shut. It's too late now. The cats already out of the bag.

I hesitate while Cisco rolls his eyes, "Maya's seeing someone." I look over at him giving a death glare, "What? He had to know some day. It's just like ripping off a bandaid."

"Well after ripping off a bandaid, it causes pain afterwards all well." I grit through my teeth as Cisco hides behind Barry.

"Okay well it can't be that long since you seen him, right?" I stay silent, messing with my fingers making him raise his eyebrow.

"Remember when you first woke up from your coma?" He nods, "Well we started talking a few weeks after that."

His eyes widen and he puts his hands on his face. Okay I think he's over exaggerating. "And you didn't tell me? Have you told Joe at least?" I shake my head as he thinks more. "What's his name?"

"Oh my gosh, Barry." I roll my eyes, "You sound like he's some kind of criminal."

"He might be." He says, crossing his arms in front of his chest, "Did all of you know about this?" He gestures to all three of them while they all stay silent making him scoff in disbelief.

I start to walk out of the lab and towards the station, with Barry following me. Once I arrive there I see Joe talking to Eddie. We went to a crime scene about this guy that was died during the night of the accelerator.

Before I can speak another voice beat me to it, "Joe, you know Maya has a boyfriend."

I press my lips together glaring at Barry. Joe looks at me, "Really?"

I nod, "Aren't you a little young to have a boyfriend?" Eddie says as I groan from the three of them. I've never had a boyfriend and this is what happens when I do.

"I'm 22, I'm pretty sure I'm old enough to have one."

I told them everything about how we met and how we both had our first date. This just made them even more intrigued. "This is ridiculous. His names Aiden Ross, he works as a reporter and he's a dog person."

I finish seeing Eddie put away his notebook and pen away. Wait they were writing everything down? "So when are we going to meet this Aiden guy?" Joe asks.

"Later. Right now we have to focus." They all listened. This guys body was burnt, almost like burnt toast. Barry climbs the metal and starts to take pictures, explaining how this caused his death.

"So how was this guy electrocuted?" Eddie asked.

"His face is melted off." I say, examining the piece of evidence that lied in front of me.

"How's that picture gonna help ID him?"

Barry smiles, "I've got mad skills."

"Please don't ever say that again." I say causing Joe to agree with me. Afterwards we headed to S.T.A.R. Labs, identifying the burnt man.
