Maya's POV
My eyes fluttered open from a bright light. Am I dead? I hear voices that sound faint, yet, familiar. My vision is blur then clear once I see Joe. I felt the sudden urge to cry because of what happened earlier and what was happening now. Once Eddie and I were carried upstairs for a check up, Caitlin informing us that our vitals were okay.
"Maya, even though you seem okay, you're not. You sprained your left ankle, a black eye, bruises that cover your body and possibly a concussion." She said, having a surprised expression. "Which is pretty shocking because you could of got worse injures such as broken ribs, fractured your collarbone or something else important. But instead you'll have to be in a wheel chair for a few days."
I nod, while lying on the bed. I didn't feel anything earlier until I was carried up to the top. I guess Wells took it easy on me. But why? He could of put me in a coma but instead only gave me a couple bruises and hurt my ankle. "Can you tell us what happened?" Iris asked, concern in her voice as she stands by me.
I started to explain how Wells got upset by me opening my big mouth that got be like this. There was a zap in the room causing all of us to turn our heads. "Wells got away." Barry said out of breath. "He's too fast. He's always too fast." He notices Eddie in the room. "Eddie." Cisco starts to explain where we were found as my brother looks my direction.
A frown formed on his face as he walks towards me. I sit up and wave at him to lighten the tension going around. He walks over to me, tears glistening in his eyes by the sight of me. Oh man, my brother is crying. What do I do? I open my arms to him for a hug. Before I can see a tear run down his face, he wraps his arms around me. "I'm sorry." He mummers into my shirt. "I'm sorry for saying those awful things to you. You're my sister and I love you."
This crying makes me want to cry. I didn't want to cry. I've cried too much already. I try and hold on the tears but it's no use. "It's okay, Barry." My voice cracked from hearing my brother cry. I pull away from the hug, "I'm okay now and I'll be better later."
"I know you will." He gave me a small smile. "Thank you for always being there for me when I needed you and I'm sorry for not noticing it earlier." He said making me grin.
"Apology accepted." I said giving him one last hug.
~~
After I had taken a nap, I slid into my wheel chair and they all discussed a tube Wells was using for some unknown reason. I remembered what he was talking about but was it clueless. They were saying we should move the meta humans to Lian Yu, an island where Oliver was stranded on for 5 years. "And Cisco, if we do this, nobody can get loose." Barry stated.
"I might have a way of getting them out of here safely." Cisco said, confident. I didn't know what to think of this. Maybe it might be a good idea so central city wouldn't be under attack by meta humans on the lose.
"Barr, this is insane." Joe said.
Before Barry can say anything, I butted in. "Joe I know this might sound dangerous but it could actually work. We have to keep central city safe." I said, confident like Cisco.
"This may sound like I good idea to you both but it's not. You don't think that if we start bussing some super-villains through downtown, no ones gonna notice?" Joe argued.
"They'll notice. That's when you come in." Barry patted Joe on the shoulder. He looked at Barry and I as well smiled innocently. Eventually, Joe gave in and went to CCPD while I decided to go to Starling City to visit Felicity and Oliver. Barry's message didn't go through about the situation about transporting the meta humans to Lian Yu somehow.
