summary
➳ a daughter to a failed marriage, witness to ruined relationships, is given the wrong idea of what love is. In her eyes, love is simply a concept—an idea created by society to comfort those that are in denial to the harsh reality of the world. Without herself realizing it, she's grown accustomed to being alone, and dealing with her issues by herself, no one to confide with and thus, creating her unknown fear of being attached to a person or idea, to love someone. That is, until a young boy with blue eyes in a pizza uniform knocked on her door, and slowly but surely, he teaches her how to love.

➳ usually i'd add a cast in this book but because it's mostly just the main girl and Daniel, I didn't bother and also because I don't exactly know who I see the girl as, so you can conjure up a random girl that is similar to how she acts or looks. this was also quite the emotional rollercoaster for me to write because I rarely write books with more paragraphs of their thoughts than dialogues.

➳ this is an edited note [4 May 2018]: i noticed a huge difference between the first chapter and second chapter, and im sure that at first people will get annoyed with my main character as she holds a lot of flaws that a lot of people might not understand, and admittedly, her actions could get under your skin, but please give the book a chance, it's one of my works im most proud of and even if i dont care too much about reads and all, there's still a part of me that does care and want my work to be appreciated, so please give it a chance, thank you x
