Important author's note at end. Make sure to read it. I mean it, guys. It's important from the point of my story....

***********************************

I sat on the dining table, opposite to Patricia. This whole situation seems oddly weird to me. Everything is silent except the tinkling of spoons and forks.

"Your mom is going to stay, one more week at your aunt's." Mr. Wilson told Patricia.

"I think it's a good thing that she is not here today." She looked at me. "I don't know, if she would see Adam what would she say."

"They both don't look exactly same but there are some prominent similarities. Anybody can get confused." Jason said, shoving a spoonful of pasta in his mouth. They all are talking about me as if I am not here. Great!!! Should I say something?

"Are you enjoying the food?" Mr. Wilson asks me.

"Yes, sir. It's delicious." I wipe my mouth with the napkin.

"Good. I am done. I got a business video conference to attend. I should go." Mr. Wilson stood up. "Patricia, Jason! Keep your friend a company." He turned and walked up the stairs, disappearing into the corner.

"Well, I have called someone who can help find Anna. He is kind of an investigator. I think he can help. If you have any latest photo of Anna, give it to me and I will send it. Also, if you can give me your school name and the name of the hospital where Daniel worked, it could help too." Patricia said to me.

"Yeah sure!" I sent her Anna's picture, my school's name and the hospital name, so she can forward that to her investigator.

Patricia stared at her screen for a moment before she murmured, "She looks happy here!!!" Smile played on her lips. "She still has those rings."

"What rings? I never saw any rings on her finger." I raked my brain, remembering if I ever saw a ring on her finger.

"Not on the finger. Look here.!" She tapped her finger to zoom on the picture. "You see the chain that she is wearing."

"Yeah! She mostly used to play with her pendant but I never got any chance to see it." I remember, everytime she used to look at me, she would place her hand on her neck, holding her pendant. I always wondered about her pendant and now I know its mystery.

"The chain doesn't have any pendant. It has the rings. I am sure of it." She looked at me before continuing.

"The promise rings which Nathan and Anna gave each other. It was a platinum band with each other's initial on it. Nathan's ring had a 'A' and Anna's had a 'N'. Before Nathan was getting buried, dad took out his ring and gave it to Anna." She stared off in the distance. "Enough sappy talks! I am gonna go and talk to Nick about Anna. If you want, you can go and rest or Jason and you can go into the TV room."
