Third Person P.O.V

Almost one year later found Draco and little Leo at home waiting for their bubba to come home from school. They still stuck with the half day there and half day at home plan allowing both parents to have alone time with their baby. Draco still exceled at school and Blaise's grades improved greatly, having experienced the court room, he learned he needed to get good grades to do what he wanted. Become a lawyer.

Since he was finished with his school work, Draco was sitting in the couch and making faces at his son as the babe sat in his lap. He was bigger now and had a very calm personality unlike his best friend Willow. He was calm and more on the quiet side, made sounds when he wanted something but rarely ever cried. Willow on the other hand was a menace according to her father's. Always making a mess, crying and yelling, crawling around and never sleeping.

"My baby boy, so pretty, look just like your bubba." Draco cooed and then tickled the baby's belly. Leo let out a giggle and kicked his feet. "I love you so much, you're such a good baby." The doorbell rang so Draco lifted up the baby and swung him on his hip. "I wonder who that could be." Draco wondered aloud. He went to the door and opened it. It was Harry with Willow and Leo immediately began to react to seeing his friend. True to their word, Cedric and Harry moved to their neighborhood and only lived about a five minute walking distance. "Harry!" Draco greeted as Leo went to reach out as his friend.

"Hello. Is it a bad time? I know you have to go to school soon." Harry asked and Draco shook his head.

"No not for another hour, come in, we can have lunch." Draco allowed Harry to come in and Willow screeched loudly. She reached for her friend and Harry sighed.

"One second angel, l will put you down." Harry told her and then placed her on the ground. Draco closed the door and placed Leo, who was trying to wiggle away, on the floor. They crawled to each other and greeted each other as if they were adults.

"Aww look at that." Draco cooed. "They really are friends." He said and then hugged Harry. "How are you buddy? School going well?" Harry hugged back and nodded.

"Going great actually. I thought it would be more difficult with Willow but it's not that different."

"Oh great. I thought the same thing to be honest but with half days, it's a lot easier." Draco said and then smiled. "Let's have lunch, are you hungry?"

"I am." Harry nodded and they started walking towards the kitchen. They didn't need to worry about the kids for they followed them like puppies. "Do you have any mac and cheese?"

"Oh I do, do you want that?"

"Yes please, I haven't been able to eat it since feeding Willow but we've weaned her to formula."

"Oh good, so now you're able to eat anything you want." Draco mentioned pulling out the box of mac and cheese.

"I am. Finally." Harry smiled.

As Draco was preparing the food, Harry was playing with the babies. He kept them away from the hazardous items of the kitchen but once lunch was ready, he placed them in the high chairs. Draco had acquired one for Harry for when they stopped and same with Harry when Draco came over. They sat down to eat while the babies sat there and babble to each other. Draco looked at his baby boy and smiled. He felt like the happiest person earth. He had good friends, a wonderful boyfriend and a little baby boy, what more could he ask for?

"Did I ever tell you that I almost got an abortion?" Draco asked Harry who gasped.

"What? No!" He replied quickly.

"Yup, it was when we first found out. I-I was scared, really scared and Blaise suggested it as a way out. We went to the place before telling my parents. I went into the room and the doctor just explained what was going to happen... I-I just couldn't go through with it. It seemed gruesome and I just-" Draco stopped when Harry placed his hand over his.

"You don't have to explain, it was very brave that you went through with it. I mean, even if you did get the procedure done, it would've been brave, it was probably a very nerve wracking decision." Harry told him and Draco just nodded his head.

"It was." He cleared his throat and then looked at his baby. "But it was worth it. Leo is so worth it." He leaned over and kissed his son's head. Despite being scared in the beginning, it was all worth it in the end.
