Chapter 27 Mink route pt.9

(Due to the extremely long route I am skipping to the end.  The route ending is just like Aoba in Minks route but with Zorakuba instead.)

      Zorakuba sighed quietly as he sat in the living room of Minks cabin.  They had finally defeated Toue and Zorakuba felt at peace.  However, it felt like since the oval tower collapsed Mink was avoiding Zorakuba.  He was never around for some reason and that worried him.  Did he not actually like him?  Was he just a nuisance to Mink now that his goal was complete?  Zorakuba's heart clenched at the thought of this.  He didn't want to admit it.  He was lonely.....no...that's not right.  More like....he missed Mink.  He wanted to speak to him...to hear him speak.  He wanted to feel him and vise versa.  Zorakuba wanted to know if he still...needed him.  Not for his plan but for.....just for the sake of needing him as a lover.  (No joke I felt like punching mink for making Zora feel like that but then I realized I'm the one who wrote it \( -_-)/  )
     Zorakuba sighed as Chef climbing up onto his lap, looking up at him.  "Are you feeling alright Zorakuba?  You look a little down.  Is it because mink isn't back?..." he says in a concerned voice and nudges his hand which was resting on his lap.  Zorakuba sighed and nodded.  No use lying to someone who knew him so well even if it was an Allmate.  "Yeah....I feel like he....he hates me now for some reason." Zorakuba says softly and gently pets Chef's soft fur.  He felt just a little calmed by the feeling.  He remembered he used to do the exact same thing back when he was in Midirajima.  Whenever he was sad or hurt he pet chef.  It always made him feel better.  However this time...he felt himself begin to tear up.  Chef noticed and gently nudged his hand.  "You can cry Zorakuba....its ok" that's all it took for Zorakuba to start crying.  He wasn't used to crying let alone in front of his Allmate but he couldn't help it this time.
      Zorakuba brought his shaky hands up to his face, burrying his face in them as he sobbed quietly.  He didn't know why he was crying since he suffered much worse things than this....but for some odd reason he was crying over this.  He hated feeling so weak like this.  It was all Minks fault in his mind.  He made him weak....only he would cry for him like this.  He didn't notice the door to the room opening up, Mink walking inside.  Chef did however and decided to scurry away to somewhere to avoid the confrontation.  He knew that Zorakuba didn't like it when chef watched him with confrontations to make sure that the small Allmate wouldn't break or pick up something he wasn't supposed to. 
Mink frowned as he saw Zorakuba and the state he was in.  He was....crying.  He walked over to the smaller male and gently rest his hand on his head, causing Zorakuba to glance up at Mink, too bothered crying to be surprised.  Mink watched him with concern in his eyes before they widened as Zorakuba stood quickly, hugging Mink tightly and burrying his face into his chest.  This took Mink by surprise for a moment before he slowly returned the embrace hesitantly.  He didn't want to be around Zorakuba at the moment since he was having....difficulty so to speak with keeping his composure around him.  However seeing him in this state was a real test of his control.
Zorakuba held onto mink tightly as he spoke in a shaky voice, his tears still falling.  "Why.......?" Zorakuba whimpered pitifully to Mink who was frowning silently.  "Why are you avoiding me?....am i....really that bad?" He finishes before trailing off as another wave of tears fell from his eyes.  Mink paused before sighing softly as he pet Zorakuba's hair gently, speaking in a slightly quiet tone.  "You aren't bad at all...it's something with me...." he says as mink looks at him with teary eyes, tilting his head slightly.  "What....do you mean?" Zorakuba asks softly.  Mink gently cupped Zorakuba's cheek, causing him to blush faintly.  "I've been avoiding you because i can't resist when I'm around you...." he says quietly.  He didn't give Zorakuba a chance to respond as he pulled him into a deep kiss. Zorakuba gasped as he did this, giving mink the opportunity to slide his tongue into Zorakuba's wet cavern.
Zorakuba shivered slightly as Mink moved his tongue around, Zorakuba slowly relaxing in response.  He returned the kiss gently as his tears slowly stopped falling. 
After a few moments of the deep, passionate kiss, the two were forced to pull apart for air.  Zorakuba blushed deeply as he looked into Minks eyes before uttering a few short words that made mink flustered.

"If you can't resist....then don't,"

(Hey guys!  Zora-chan here.  The next chapter will most likely be the last part of Minks route and then I will have three more definite routes (Ren, Noiz, and Clear) but I was thinking of doing a Ryuuho route.  Let me know what you think in the comments, and also what route I should do next)
