Chapter 45 Noiz route pt.16

       After those words left Noiz's mouth, the mindscape they were in started to fade around them before Zorakuba could respond. They were now back in the room where...all the destruction Zorakuba had done laid.
        Zorakuba frowned as he glanced around, a deeply guilty and ashamed look on his face. "Its...my fault..." he says quietly and glanced at the ground.
        Noiz's brows furrowed when he heard those words leave his mouth. How could he think that all of this was because of him?  Noiz gripped Zorakuba's shoulders tightly and glared at him.
        "I don't want you to ever say that again....none of this is your fault Zorakuba. It's the fault of that evil man Toue. He did this to you...and tried to hurt you more with this. Don't let him make you think that...." he said in a stern but obviously caring tone.
         Zorakuba, instead of responding with words, sniffled and nodded slightly before hugging Noiz tightly, whimpering faintly. He felt safe though with Noiz there....

        After the two hugged for a few moments longer, Noiz and Zorakuba jumped when they heard footsteps approaching from outside the door. They grew defensive for a moment as the door opened but were both overcome with relief when they saw Aoba and the others...well...all but Sei.
        When they saw Zorakuba standing there, clearly his normal self again, they hurried over. Aoba spoke in a enlightened tone. "Zorakuba you're alright!" He hugged him tight when he said this causing him to wince. He was a little sore from the sudden change in his mind.
         "Oops...sorry. Zorakuba we need to get going now...the police are on their way...not to mention Mink has a plan to end this once in for all. Toue was stopped...so now all that's left to do is-" he was cut off by a loud explosion from somewhere above followed by the trembling of the building.
       "What we need to do is get out of here!" Koujaki exclaimed and started for the door nearby. The others followed hurriedly.

Luckily they all escaped the building rather quick....

        Once the tower was down the truth was revealed about Platinum Jail, and the staff were quickly arrested.  Toue was no where to be found either....
        Life went back to normal after that. Aoba still returned to his job at the Junkshop, and the others went back to whatever they did....well....except for Noiz. After the fall of the tower he left saying he had things he needed to do.  This left Zorakuba...confused and slightly lonely.
       Currently, Zorakuba was leaning against the counter of the Junkshop, talking with Aoba. He hadn't slept much, so there were deep bags under his eyes. Chef was resting on the desk. It had been a full 4 months now since Noiz had left...and the strain showed in Zorakuba's expression.
       "Hey Zorakuba take a look at this." Aoba said casually and showed him his coil, which displayed new and improved almate parts. Normally...this would cheer him up a little bit because of how much he loved to build allmates. Today, however, he wasnt really feeling it.
     "That's cool..." he said as he glanced to the side. Just then, three laughing voices entered the shop....the three kids.
      When the three spotted Zorakuba, they all barreled towards him. Zorakuba often times would play games with them or let them chase him...so they were excited. Kyo giggled and hurried over.
        "Zoraaaaa!" One of the kids screamed as they jumped, nearly tackling him as they grab his arms. Zorakuba let out a little grunt before smiling a little.
         "Hehe....hey you three." He tried to lift his arms but the kids held on tight. He knew what they wanted him to do. "Three second head start children." He smirked as he looked at them.
         The three kids giggled and darted off, running around before someone seems to enter without them noticing. Kyo giggled but yelped as she ran into the one who entered.
       When she saw who it was she got all red in the face and ran from the store. When Zorakuba turned his attention to the door however....he felt his eyes start welling up with tears.

"Yo." Noiz said casually as he walked inside.
