Chapter 23- The master of Dark Phantom

"What..." Said Nashi as she looked at the wall in front of her with confused eyes.

"...the..." Said Storm, titling his head to the side.

"...heck?!" Exclaimed Elise, finishing Storm and Nashi's sentence.

The room that they broke into, was a room that they all guessed as some kind of 'torture' room. It contained various weapons, some broken chairs scattered around the room, and a table that had many torture devices.
The walls of the room itself didn't really look new.

But what stood out most in the dimly light room, was the mark that was drew in blood on the wall. Nashi, Elise, Storm and Simon were currently trying to figure out why this mark looked so.....familiar to all of them.

"I feel like......I've seen this before." Said Nashi as she put her hand on her chin.

"No shit Sherlock." Said Storm to Nashi as he continued to look at the wall in front of him. Nashi glared at him.

"It feels so......familiar. Yet, I can't really wrap my fingers around what it is." Said Elise still looking intensely at the bloody mark in front of her.

"I think it's maybe something that..... Reedus has drawn for us before?" Simon asked, not really sure of his answer himself.

"But why would Reedus draw a mark of a dark guild for us?" Asked Nashi to Simon, confused.

"That's what I'm trying to figure out..." He mumbled under his breath as he continued to look at the mark in front of him. He then furrowed his eyebrows.

"Could it be part of the stories that our parents told us?" Asked Nashi to the others, who all turned to look at her. "You know, every time our parents tell us a story about their old adventures, Reedus always draws it for us, so that he can try and let us 'picture the scene in front of us'." Nashi said as she gestured the last part of her explanation with her hands. Elise, who was beside her, nodded at her statement.

"Could be." She said as she shifted her gaze back to the mark in front of her.

"But they never told us any stories about them fighting Dark Phantom, right?" Asked Storm. At that Elise and Nashi nodded at him.

"Your right." Said Elise as she sighed. "Dang it, where the hell did we see this bloody mark?"

"It really is literally bloody you know."

"And you do know that it's literally not the time to tell jokes Storm." Said Elise to Storm, who chuckled at her.

"Just trying to lighten the mood El."

Simon, who was beside Storm, continued to furrow his eyebrows at the mysterious mark in front of him. Simon was sure that he saw this mark somewhere. Maybe in one of his parents many tales just like Nashi said. After a few seconds of thinking, his eyes widened in shock.

"No.....no way...." mumbled Simon with his eyes still wide open. Storm and the others only looked at him in confusing.

"You figured out what this mark is Simon?" Asked Storm to Simon.

"Yeah! It's--"

"Well, well, I see someone has finally figured it out. I thought I was going to stay hidden here forever." Said a deep and old voice behind him. All of Their eyes widened as they quickly turned around to the source of the voice. When they did, Elise and Nashi gasped, while Storm and Simon only looked at the man in front of them in disbelief.
"N--no way..." mumbled Nashi to the old man in front of her who was smirking at her evilly.

At the guild...

"Laxus, calm down!" Yelled Mirajane to her husband. The white haired beauty was currently trying to keep the 9th guild master of Fairy Tailof going to Crocus. They were right now in front of the doors of Fairy Tail, with Mira dragging, more like trying to drag, Laxus inside the guild, while she was holding his right arm tightly.
