Chapter 61- An unexpected but appreciated reunion!

Previously on "Fairy Tail: Next generation":

After 3 month of being apart the gang along with the entirety of the Fairy Tail guild has decided to reunite once more to decide the team that will be competing in this year's grand magic games.

Thought after a hectic reunion, the members of the guild we're in for a shock when some unexpected visitors came to their guild.

And those visitors were none other then Katie and her mother Cana.

"KATIE?!"

"HOLY MOLLY--!!"

"WHEN DID YOU GET HERE?!"

"HOW DID YOU GET HERE?!"

"I FREAKING MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!"

"WHEN DID YOU GET THIS HOT?!"

"I--i can't believe you're here--"

"Katie is that really you??!"

"Of course it is Rose, look at her!!"

A sheepish laugh escaped the mentioned girl's mouth as she scratched the back of her head embarrassingly at the sight of her friends crowding around her wheelchair. "Hey guys."

Dramatically all of them lunged their bodies on the girl to hug her, a loud yelp emitting out of the girl's mouth at the sudden action.

"KAAATTTIIIE!!~" all of them simultaneously yelled, some in bliss, some with tears in their eyes, thought all of them were just simply immensely happy to see one of their closest friends again.

Katie could only laugh at their reactions as she tried to free her body from her friends arms, though she ended up in immediately failing in the task.

"Guys!" The brown haired girl exclaimed out through a laugh as she continued to try and push them all away from her. "I love you too, but for the love of Mavis get off me!!"

"Noooo!!" Whined out Nashi and Elise in unison.

"Not yet!" Exclaimed out Nova while tightening her hold on the brown haired girl's neck, choking the poor girl in the process.

"We haven't seen you in so long, give us a break." Sighed out Simon as he held on firmly to Katie's waist in his crouched down position with a pout decorating both of his cheeks.

"Let us enjoy this woman!!" Exclaimed out Blake as he gave Katie a small flick to her head, as him, Gale, and Storm were tightly latching on to her right and left shoulders, while Zeus and Rosemary were practically being carried by them on their backs so that their arms could reach over the brown haired girl's small form.

Katie sighed while rolling her eyes as she decided to use her magic to scatter her friends away from her, though before she could, her master had beaten her to the task.

"Yeah yeah the reunions over, get off her idiots."

And lightning had struck each and everyone of them before Katie's eyes while the girl shrieked in horror at the sight of her friends bones literally being visible to her brown eyes.

"Now then!!" Exclaimed out Laxus as he stood tall on the second floor of the Fairy Tail guild while he smirked down at the hundred of faces that were looking at him below him, as he straightened his back and shoulders.

Clearing his throat, he gazed down with his blue piercing eyes at everyone underneath him, as his voice suddenly boomed loudly in their ears. "As you all know, this year we will be participating in the grand magic games!!"

"We know we know." Groaned out Elise to her master as she waved her torn out jacket in the air, the jacket that was a victim to the man's previous attack on her and her friends, as she and the others sat down on a table in the corner of the guild. "Why the hell did we take those three month to train then genius?"

A tick mark was slowly forming on Laxus's head at the girl's words, as that specific mark enlarged even more when the man had heard Blake's next words.

"Nah he's just trying to act all smart and wise in front of us all."

"Wait he's seriously trying in doing so?" Asked Nashi with curious eyes and the slight tilt of her head to the side while her arms went up to cross themselves before the ripped out part of her t-shirt, that was located right in the center of her chest. "If yes, then he's a terrible actor."

Another tick mark had formed on the side of the blond haired man's head.

"M' not shocked." Mumbled out Nova as she was struggling in taming her wild blonde hair back into a bun. "He's always been like this."

"A terrible actor you mean?"

"More like a terrible father." Groaned out Zeus in annoyance as he struggled in getting his white torn up shirt to stay in it's rightful place on his chest. 

A third tick mark had emerged on the man's forehead.

"Guys let the man breath." Sighed out Simon as he gave his black cloak to Nashi so that she can cover herself with it, and so that the nosebleed that was going to blow up from his nose would hopefully disappear, while he went in to tie his slightly long hair back into another ponytail since the first one had completely been demolished because of Laxus's lightning. "Let him have some authority on this guild for once in his life."

Laxus was ready to blow up at this point and yeet every single one of them out the window.

"Him and the word authority in the same sentence? They honestly don't and will never fit together in my opinion." Snorted out Nashi to them, as Laxus's grip on the railing on the second floor balcony tightened.

"More like it's an insult to the word authority." Further commented out Elise as she grinned over to her master, who was ready to risk it all and kill the petite girl right here and right there.

"Guys." Groaned out Storm as he rubbed at his temples. "Please shut up, your making things worst."

"Um, no Storm Fullbuster." Snorted out Elise. "You shut up. We're only stating facts over here."

"Keep those facts to yourself then--!!"

"Blake don't stick your nose in an argument you'll obviously won't win against me."

"That's it, I'm jumping on you."

"Oh, wow, at least buy me dinner first?"

"ENOUGH!!"

Every last one of them screamed in surprise and agony as another strike of lightning had hit their bodies, and shaken them to the core, while a pregnant Lucy along with a wide eyed Natsu could only cringe at their daughter's pain.

"Now then." Stated Laxus out loud as he smiled down at the members of his guild, ignoring the place where his daughter and son along with their team members resided. "Without further ado, let me announce the names that will bring Fairy Tail's name to the top once more!!"

"SCREW YOU!"

"YOU HAVE BEEN STOPPED OLD MAN--!!"

"AND THE NAMES ARE--!!" Exclaimed out Laxus ignoring Elise's and Blake's words completely as he held high a scroll in his large hands. "S--!!"
