Chapter 38

"Sarah can you come down here for a minute?" Cameron yelled from the basement. "Be there in a sec Cam," I said as I grabbed a snack and walked down the steps.

"What's up?" I asked him. "How was the fair?" Cameron asked pausing his game and turning around on the bean bag to face me. "Don't remind me." I said.

"That bad, huh?" Cameron said. "I mean it wasn't bad at first I was actually having a great time but then the last ride of the night was The Ferris Wheel." I said sitting on the couch eating the cookies I grabbed.

"But you hate heights." Cameron said. "We went on the small one, but then after being on it for about 5 minutes it got stuck." I said.

"How long did you have to sit there next to him?" Cameron asked. "No more than maybe 10 minutes but I couldn't be exact plus he did the sweetest thing then ruined it with the worst thing." I said.

"What did he do?" Cameron asked laughing. "Well before that let me explain to you how the ride was itself we talked for a long time." I said.

"Okay well go on then." Cameron said.

 "So as soon as we got on we were talking about how we each had a great time and how fun it is to hang out with each other than Adam said I don't think I've ever rode that many rides at one time before then we laughed and I was smiling and said well there's a first time for everything and he said speaking of first wasn't Arianna, Julie, and Mr. down under supposed to be with you," I said but Cameron interrupted me.

"Is there a point to this never ending story?" Cameron asked. "Yes relax I'll just give you the most important facts then, is that okay Cam?" I asked.

"Yeah yeah sure go on." he said. "Well he was trying to comfort me you know since I was scared of heights he tried to kiss me." I said.

"WHAT!" Cody said jumping up from behind the couch. "Aah, Cody what are you doing here!" I practically screamed at him. "I came up to see you." he said.

"You didn't kiss him did you?" Cameron asked. "No Cam I didn't kiss him, I mean how could I, I already have a great guy right here to kiss you know if I still have a great guy." I said.
