Chapter 74

"I'm lucky because I get to see you when we get home." Kat said smiling. "That's right so I'll see you back in Maryland, bye." I said hugging her then lastly Jason.

"Are you Adam's girlfriend?" Jason asked me. You see he was pretty quiet but just loud enough for Adam to hear and start blushing.

"No sweetie I'm not Adam's girlfriend." I said. "Then how about being my girlfriend?" Jason asked. "I would but I'm too old for you but you know what here." I said as I kissed him on the cheek.

"Aw." everyone but Adam said. "Wow she kissed me." Jason said glowing with happiness. “The kids obviously liked you so thank you Sarah,” Aunt Emily said as she was my final goodbye.

“Well I had a lot of fun be sure to call me if you guys are ever in Maryland.” I said waving at the 4 of them before leaving. ”We will.” Aunt Emily said. "I'll walk you back to your hotel." Adam said as we left. "Bye everyone." I said as the door shut behind me.

"It was nice of you to kiss him." Adam said. "Well he deserved it." I said smiling at Adam and he blushed again. "So you got everything right?" Adam asked. "I guess I mean all I had was my phone." I said feeling my back pocket but my phone wasn't there.

"You got that right?" Adam asked. "Not right." I said starting to panic when Adam's phone went off. "Wait it's you!" Adam said picking his phone up. "Hello" "Hey Adam I know you're with her so tell her I have her phone and that if she wants it back she should meet me in my backyard" "alright bye" "bye" then they hung up. "Well who has my phone?" I asked him.

"Mr. down under." Adam said. "You have got to be kidding me." I said. "I can walk you there if you want?" Adam asked. "No need that dude is about to learn we broke up I'll see you tomorrow." I said. "7am." Adam said walking away. "6:59." I said as I headed to Cody's house.

KNOCK KNOCK "Sarah what are you doing here?" Jake asked because he answered the door. "I'm here to see Cody actually." I said. "Why?" Jake asked. "Because the jerk stole my phone." I said walking through their house to the back. "Hey Sarah." Cameron said. "Hi!" I said angrily.

"Where is she headed?" Alli asked. "To the back." Jake said rushing past them to the window view of the back from the kitchen as they came and watched as well. "Cody!" I yelled as I stepped on the back porch. "Nice to see you too." Cody said coming up to the porch.

"Give me my phone back." I said. "Why so angry, you’re lucky I found it and not some stranger who would've taken it." Cody said. "Okay thank you now can I please have my phone back?" I asked. "Sure, if you can catch me." Cody said as he started running through a path in his backyard me close behind him.

 "Come on Cody, give me my phone back." I called after him laughing. I can't believe I'm actually having fun with this. "Got to catch me first." he yelled as we broke through the trees and landed at the beach.

But Cody wasn't looking properly and he tripped on some driftwood that had washed ashore but somehow was still holding onto my phone. "Got you!" I said walking up to him and pulling him up still laughing.

"Yeah but I can still throw it in the ocean." Cody said as he got his arm up like he was ready to throw it. But I attack hugged him to hard and we fell backwards on the sand, me of course landing on top of him like we were ready to make out or something. "Can I have my phone back now?" I asked him still on top of him.

"You do not know how long I wished we would be like this on the beach." Cody said as he started leaning up to kiss me but I grabbed my phone and got off of him. "I have to go." I said running back towards the path. "Sarah wait please!" Cody yelled running after me.
