I have to say each day I was in LA everything just got more and more fun. There was so much to do and so much to see plus I wasn't going to let us leave unless we went to Disneyland I may be 15 but I love myself some Disney.

So it's finally Friday also my last day in LA. I mean we are leaving on Saturday but our flight is at like 7am. So like I have been every day since Monday up bright and early at 6:15 and out by 6:45.

But I had a surprise when I got out the shower; Cameron was sitting at the table right by the door just facing the bathroom. "Morning Cam, you’re up early." I said.

"I knew I wasn't dreaming that on Monday, where have you been going?" Cameron asked. "You know just on a walk." I said. "In a wetsuit?" Cameron asked.

"Yes." I said questioningly. "Don't lie to me Sarah." Cameron said. "Okay you caught me I've had surfing lessons the whole week." I said. "Since when can you afford surfing lessons?" Cameron asked.

"They're actually free." I said. "You found free surfing lessons?" Cameron asked as I nodded. "Well have fun; tell your instructor I said hi." Cameron said as he went back to sleep and I walked out.

Wow okay that's weird. "Morning Sarah!" Adam said jumping down from the lifeguard tower. "What has you so happy?" I asked him grabbing his old board from the sand.

"I think it's time." Adam said walking up to me smiling. "Time for what?" I asked skeptically. "For you to catch your first wave!" Adam said.

"What, you seriously think I'm ready for that?" I asked. "Yeah I do, I believe in you Sarah if you just believe in yourself you can do anything." Adam said.

"Okay if you think so, but how do I catch a wave?" I asked. "Watch me then you try." Adam said going into the water and doing some sweet surfing as he finished up and washed ashore.

"You think you got it?" Adam asked. "Let's hope so." I said going into the water and getting ready for the wave while Adam talked me through everything.

And as fast as the waves came I totally chickened out on each one and kept missing them. "Come on Sarah, one more try, you can do this, just believe in yourself and it will happen!" Adam shouted from the beach.

I can do this I believe in myself I can do this, here it comes, I thought to myself as I prepped for the wave. Three, two, one, surf!
