Chapter 6

I wake up to Daniels alarm clock, is it that time already? 6am, he has work today, I have to check on Sebastian anyway, he had us up 3 times in the night.

"Morning sweet" Daniel says as we wake up.

"Morning babe" I say.

"Did the alarm wake you up?" He asks.

"Yeah, but it's ok, I'm gonna check on Sebastian anyway, you need to get ready" I say sitting up.

"Yeah I know, I hate leaving you and little man while I work, you two are always on my mind when I'm away from you" He says.

"That's cute, but it's only until 4 ish, plus you come home to a nice clean house and a cooked dinner, and us" I say.

"Yeah, I'm spoilt, both me and little man are, you are the best, we wouldn't ask for any other lady to be in our lives" He says.

"You say the sweetest things, get up, you got work, you leave at 7:30" I say.

"You don't say the sweetest things" He says.

"I love you, is that sweet enough? You need to move your ass and get ready for work and sort out your hair while I sort out our son" I say as I go over to Sebastian.

"I'm moving" He says.

"Hey, morning baby boy" I say to Sebastian as I pick him up, he starts crying, I just woke him up so he isn't happy, but I need to feed him.

"Don't hurt my boy" Daniel says.

"I'll hurt you if you don't get moving" I say as I hug Sebastian.

"Ok, ok I'm moving, see, I'm out of bed" He says as he stands up, messy hair, shirtless with pj bottoms on, his body is to die for, faint abs, gorgeous arm muscles.

"I'm going down to feed this guy" I say and leave our room, I go down to the kitchen and prepare Sebastian's bottle. "Ok Sebastian, you can stop crying" I say as he continues crying, I start feeding him and he stops.

Daniel's POV

Ok, I'm up and getting dressed, I hate leaving them, I know it's only for a few hours but I still miss them, but at the same time it's good for us to be apart as well, so we're not together permanently, I have many times considered leaving my job, we don't really need it, but it just gets us apart for a bit which is why I'm still there, and I like making a difference to the kids lives, teaching them and helping them get the best grades they can so they can have a good future. I get my shirt on and I put my tie on loosely followed by my trousers, I go to the bathroom and sort my hair out, damn it's a mess, bed hair got me good today, I put it in its style, I spray myself with some deodorant and sort myself out, I get my shoes on and put my waist jacket on, I'll have a jacket but I won't wear it. Once I'm ready, I go downstairs. I see the time is nearly 7, I have time for breakfast so I get myself some cereal to eat.

"All set?" Katie asks.

"Yeah, just about, I gotta eat this and then I'll be going" I say.

"Ok well Sebastian is in the living room the babies TV so he'll probably nod off soon, later on I'm gonna go and do more Chistmas shopping, I've gotta get presents for your parents, Alex and Lee and Matthew and his two kids, seeing as we're with them for dinner" She says. After about 10 minutes I finish my cereal, I had two bowls, I was hungry.

"Ok, that sounds awesome, please don't buy me anymore presents though, I know what you're like, anyway I'm gonna head in, I know it's a little early but I'm gonna get a head start on some marking" I say. I go over to Sebastian and kiss his head. "I love you son" I say and stoke his head and face. "Daddy will be back later, miss you already" I say.
