It was about three days after Jack woke up, and he had officially been moved to a regular room, which was great. What is not great is that I'm currently at physical therapy, and whew! Isaac has had me working in there, but the good news is I get to break free of my cast, and switch to a boot.
" Ah, Isaac, my man can I please get a break," I plead.
" Yeah, sure man," he says, while helping me of the table. Isaac was a pretty cool dude he was once a football player, and was going to go pro, but he got injured and was introduced to the wonders of physical therapy.

I try to walk, more like limp, as well as I could with the one crutch as I make my way to the restroom. There I do my business and in the middle of me washing my hands a child bursted in with tears streaming down his face. He clearly wasn't paying attention as he bumped into me, luckily the most of his body weight landed on my good leg, and I grabbed a hold of him.
" Woah, woah, little dude what's all the fuss," I ask, while looking at the boy in front of me. He looked about six and had a huge mop of brown hair on his head. His face was quite pale at the moment as well.
" My... my...my," he sniffled while using his tiny fist to rub his eyes.
" My mommy is very sick, " he says blubbering about. " Okay, okay calm down," I say, while rubbing his back, remembering my mom doing that for me when I was upset.
" An, I o'erheard the doctors, an dey said dat, mommy might be going to heaven," he said through his tears. I grimaced sad for the boy's situation, and that I had no idea how to calm him down. This was totally out of my comfort zone. I barely know how to calm my sister down when she was upset. My brother was a different story, I mainly bribed him with candy or something, but somehow I don't think that will work right now. I do know something that will.
" Alrighty, can you tell me what your name is," I ask when the boy calmed down.
    " E-Eli," he said.
" Well, Eli, I'm Joshua. And I think I know a guy who can help you. Do you know who Jesus is Eli?"
" Yes, we learned about him in church, He's awesome and He's God and our Superhero" he says while wiping his face.
" Great, well do you know how to pray?" He nods.
"You see I just learned an important lessons in what prayer can do. My best friend was in a coma, which is like taking a really long nap, that you might not wake up from," I say trying to break it down for him.
" Like Sleeping Beauty,' he asks.
" Yeah, kind of like that, but no kissing," Thank God for that, "I actually prayed to Jesus and guess what."
    " What?"
" He woke up, so do you think, I can pray for your mom," I ask him, into which he nods as I grab his hands.
" Alright can you tell me what's wrong with your mom," I ask.
" She got hit by a car," eyes widen at the similar situation before sobering up.
" Alright, Dear Jesus we pray that you cover Eli's mom with your blood. Father let you amazing and awesome healing power work it way through her body. Let a miracle take place. Watch over Eli and his family during this tough time. Bring peace to their hearts, let them know it will be okay. Be with Eli, show Him your love and power. Bless him. Thank you Jesus for all of who you are in Your name we pray, Amen."
" Amen," Eli repeats his brows furrowed with determination.
" Thank you Joshua," he says giving me a hug.
    " No problem, buddy."
" Eli," a man with gray hair and a worried now slightly relieved look on his face, entered the restroom.
" Papa," Eli shouts as he races to the man, and jumps into his arms. A similar yet older version of Eli enters the restroom. Gray hair thrown in various spots across his head and lines of worry fade to relief.
" Eli, we've been looking all over for you. Please don't ever do that again," the man pleads with the child.
" I won't," Eli says as he holds out his pinkie," Pinkie promise," he says as the two locked pinkies.
" Oh, Papa, dis is Joshua. He prayed for mommy just like Pastah John ," the boy recounts as he points to me. His grandpa finally noticing the other presence in the restroom.
" Thank you so much, young man," he says while shaking my head," It's amazing to see great faith in young people nowadays."
" No problem, sir," I say.
" Well what do you say Eli," his grandpa asks.
    " Tank you!"
" It's no problem, it was nice meeting you."
" Nice meeting you to," Eli says.
" Alright, you have a good day, God bless," his grandpa speaks.
" You as well," I say as I wait of few moments before heading back out of the restroom. Thank you Lord for equipping me with the ability to handle that, I silently pray as I head back to therapy.
