It was finally December 25 and Sophie was beyond excited when her father woke her up at six am.
Severus had talked with Molly and they decided to open presents at Molly's too.
Molly had also told Severus that the Potters and Grangers were going to be there too. He was glad that he was going to see Lily. He also gets to meet Miss Granger's parents.
Sophie got dressed in a beautiful dress that her aunt had bought her. It was a dark green with white lace at the top.

Severus was surprised that she picked it because she was a Gryffindor but he loved it none the less.
They arrive at the Weasley's at around 7:30 because Sophie had Cissa do her hair. It was just in simple long black curls but it took forever to do.
"Happy Christmas, Severus." Molly squeals. "Happy Christmas, all of you." She gives Severus a hug. "Come on in."
Molly leads them all into a big tent like thing. Everybody is already here. Bill, Charle, Percy, Fred, George, Ron, Arther, Lily, Harry, Hermione and her parents. Severus didn't see James though.
Severus walks over and sits next to Lily who was sitting alone in a corner. "You look lovely Lily. Where is James?" Severus asks.
"Didn't you hear? We got divorced in mid-October. Harry was devastated." Lily explained her voice cracking a little.
"Oh sorry to hear." He says although he wasn't. "May I ask why?"
She looked at him. "He cheated on me with my own sister. Petunia. Then he called me a no fun" Her voice cracks and tears start running down her face. "He called me a no fun mud blood."
"That damn bastard. He doesn't deserve someone as sweet as you." Severus pauses for a moment "I am still very sorry for calling you that blasted word all those years ago. I was in a spot of weakness and I never meant it. I have always loved you. I still do."
Lily looks at him then back to her shoes. "Thanks 'Sev! You have always been a great friend. Sorry, James kept me from talking to you all that time. I love talking to you." She laughs a little through her tears.
"Should we open presents now, eh?" Arther asks and everyone agrees.
Severus and Lily go and sit closer. Sophie ran over to him with a present. "This is for you, daddy."
He chuckles and says "Thanks, darling." Sophie stands there and looks at him. She had yet again gotten him a Muggle book this time is being the second book: Fractured.
"Oh, this is wonderful. I just got done reading the first one. Thank you." He hugs her and she ran away to open presents that were given to her.
The rest of the day went smoothly. They ate dinner and said goodbye. Sophie had fallen asleep in her father's arms.
Lily walked up to them. "I had a nice time with you today. Your daughter is rather sweet. I hope you had a happy Christmas."
"Yes I did and I also had a wonderful time talking to you today as well." He smiles at her.
"Well Severus I was wondering if I could maybe come over sometime and we could hang out. Catch up on things." She looks at him a blush rising on her cheeks.
"Did she just ask me out?!" He thinks. "I'd love that. I'll owl you."
"Okay, bye."
"Bye"
Severus slept in Sophie's room with her that night. He was so happy.
