Severus and Sophie apparate back to their home. Lily isn't supposed to be there until 5 and it's 3.
Severus was pacing back and forth in his bedroom that he has been sharing with Lily. "Should I do it when she gets here? Should I wait? What do I do Sophie? Cissa? How did Lucius do it?" She said hyperventilating.
"First 'Sev calm down. Just do it tonight. Do it at a random time. Out of the blue."
He sighs calming down a bit. "Thanks, Cissa," he says picking up Sophie and hugging her tightly. "I'm scared."
"It's okay dad." She smiles at him.
"But what is she says no?"
"She's not going to say no, Severus," Lucius said walking into his bedroom. "She loves you."
Severus falls down onto his bed.

Later that night Lily, Harry, And The Weasleys get there. None of them knew that he was proposing. So a little after they finish eating Severus gets enough courage to do it.
Molly had put on music and the two were dancing. Sophie comes running in "Daddy did you do it, did you do it yet?!?" She says out of breath.
Not answering her Severus twirls Lily then gets on his knee, pulls out the little black box, opens it. "Lily, will you marry me?" He smiles up at her.
Lily starts crying. "Of course 'Sev!" Severus stands up with her in his arms. Lily jumping up to get into the hug screaming with delight. Everyone was claping, Everyone was happy, except for Harry and Ron.
"What the hell?" Both Harry and Ron yell. "You can't marry him," Harry says in disgust.
Molly and Severus say at the same time. "Harry, Ronald!" "And why is that, Mr. Potter?"
"Because its-its disgusting." Harry runs out of the house with Ron behind him.
Lily looks at Severus and strokes his cheek. "You okay."
"Yeah." he mumbles and slips the ring on her finger.
"Everything will be alright." She kisses his cheek. "I'm gonna check on Harry." With that, she walks out.
