The next day the three of them wake up together. All of them smiling. Severus sits up yawning. Narcissa walks in opening the curtains.
"God it's too bright in here, Cissa," Severus says to Narcissa.
She ignores him "Happy new years eve" She smiles at them. "Breakfasts ready." Sophie jumps up and runs into the kitchen. Running right into Ron.
She falls to the floor hitting her head on the wood floor. "Watch out." He says roughly.
"Sorry," Sophie says through tears. Severus walks out still shirtless and picks her up and kisses her forehead. He sits her down at the table next to Ginny and Molly pushed a plate toward her. She says hi to Ginny and starts eating.
Lily comes out and sits next to Severus. Taking his bacon like she did at Hogwarts. "Hey!" he looks at her playfully upset. She just sticks her tongue out at him. All of them The Weasleys, The Malfoys, The Snapes, and Lily, sit there eating breakfast.
They were having a party at Severus's house that night. For new years. All the Hogwarts Professors were coming along with all of the order. Although they were not so sure about James.

Later that day Lily, Sophie, and Narcissa are getting ready in the bathroom. All decided that it was way too cold for dresses.
Sophie was wearing a tannish sweater that Lily had bought her. She had a black skirt that went down to her fingertips with black leggings under them. She was wearing a black scarf, black gloves, and a Gryffindor beanie. Finally, she was wearing black lace up boots that went a little bit past her ankles.
Lily was wearing a white, fuzzy sweater with a dark pastel green wind breaker. A red black and white checkered scarf. Grey tights with black jeans over them a little ripped at the knee. And some cute winter boots.

Now finally Narcissa was being true to her Slytherin heritage and wearing a tight green long sleeve shirt. Skinny blue jeans. Slytherin boots. A gray beanie. And a snake necklace and matching ring that Lucius had gotten her.

Narcissa did Lily and Sophies make up. All three of them looked very beautiful. They walked out.
Sophie ran up to her father with Lily not walking far behind. Severus and Lily look at each other and smile. "You look so pretty Sophie, as do you, Lily," he smirks up at Lily.
"I could say the same 'Sev." He was wearing a white button up shirt and black jeans. He probably was using a heating spell that none of the girls thought of.
The four of them walk outside to where everybody was. Compliments and small talk were flying everywhere. Sophie and Ginny talking in the corner. Severus was watching them. His daughter kept giving him looks saying "Can't you just give me some space." She was growing up so fast.
He sighs. That's when Lily came and grabbed his hand. "Come dance with me, Severus."
"But L-"
"No buts Severus." She glares at him. He puts his arms around her waist and hers around his neck.
Severus looked up at the big clock. "It's almost midnight."
"You gonna kiss me?"
"What?" Severus looks at her a little confused.
"I asked if you were going to kiss me? At midnight."
"You haven't given me a reason not to." He chuckles nervously.
They just look at each other for a while. Their concentration breaks when everyone starts counting.
"10.....9.......8....7......6......5......4....3........2.......1 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" Everybody screams in excitement. Everybody starts kissing. Molly and Arther, Narcissa and Lucius, Albus and Minerva. Ron tries to kiss Hermione but she leans away and he almost kisses harry.
Severus picks up Lily and puts his lips to hers. When they pull apart He sees Sophie kissing Ginny's cheek and laughs a little.
"I love you, Severus. Happy new year."
Severus put Lily down and she hugged him tightly. "Love you too Lily." He smiles down at her as she pulls away.
