I am fully aware some readers may have no clue what some terms mean, and that's cool! So, here's a brief glossary. Comment some terms with definitions I may have forgot so I can add :)
Ed: Abbreviation of 'eating disorder'.
Ana/Mia: Nicknames for the disorders anorexia and bulimia. These are often referred to as people and/or subconscious'.
Pro Ana/Pro Mia:The promotion of anorexic and bulimic behaviours (e.g starving yourself or induced vomiting).
Binge: To eat a feast of food before induced vomiting in order to "lose" weight, associated to bulimia.
Purge: To induce vomiting after eating a feast of food, associated to bulimia.
B/P: Binge/purge.
Thinspo: Abbreviated from "thin" and "inspiration". Often images/messages that keeps those with eating disorders inspired to "lose" more weight etc.
BMI: Body Mass Index.
