A brand new chapter to the boys lives. Or should I say gentlemen, with leaving school in such a hurry and receiving any grades they could, they have stepped out into the huge wide world. The keys to a cosy apartment, two healthy cars and money on the side. It's the American dream.
Tyler has decided on studying from home on an online open college course. He wants to finish his education without having to go to college.
Josh has decided on looking for work, so they can keep the place theirs.

3rd person pov (for now) "Here are the keys. The apartment is all yours!" a kind lady in a fancy teal dress hands them a brand new set of keys and let's the two happy boys on their merry way. They've both already looked around their apartment, yet they still have butterflies as if they're seeing it for the first time.
Tyler anxiously but also excitedly twist the key and slowly opens the door. Though their apartment is intended for two people, it's rather spacious: the door meets a fairly large living area accompanied by a wide window that shows a half decent view for the price of the apartment.

Tyler can't contain his excitement. He grabs Josh's hand and drags him through to the kitchen like a child. The kitchen is narrow but it's the perfect size for just them.

Besides, Josh doesn't let Tyler anywhere near an oven, after almost burning down his house by attempting to make brownies once.
"Would'ya look at this? There's even a fridge in here!" he exclaims brightly opening the disguised refrigerator.
"C'mon, we have an entire apartment to explore!" Tyler slides off the side and runs off before Josh.
They come to another door and Josh opens it without hesitation. The bathroom. The theme is very smart and makes it look wider than what it actually is, even though it doesn't match the rest of the houses colour scheme.

Josh walks straight over to the bath and steps in it. "Joshua, shoes off!" Tyler starts to tease but Josh just rolls his eyes. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Josh messes with the shower head making a few drops of water trickle out. "What? That you best get out the bath before I drag you out?"."Even better..." he does a remake of the hospital, beginning to make ascending loud moans. Clearly hinting at future sex in the shower.
Tyler smirks to himself, joining him in the shower. "Mmh, I agree-that is even better" he pushes Josh against the shower wall, seductively, leaving Josh speechless. Tyler tilts his head to lean in for a kiss, Josh copying him. Being centimetres apart, lips touching, Tyler turns on the shower sneakily getting Josh absolutely drenched!
He hops out and runs to the door, leaving him fully clothed under the shower. "Ah, fuck you!" Josh curses and complains. "Okay, when?" Tyler bites his lip and winks before skipping down the hall to the next room. The spare room also known as Tyler's study.

He's even planned this room to a T: have his desk against the wall by the window, covered with all types of office stationery. A sofa opposite the desk with plumed cushions and, an essential, a coffee machine to help fuel his energy for late nights and heaped assignments.
He is taken by surprise when Josh sneaks in behind him and lands a hard slap to his perfectly round ass.
"Oh yeah, thanks for waiting up!" he scolds. Tyler would defend himself but he secretly loves when Josh tells him off. It brings out his dominant side, oh boy, does that make his hairs stand and his groins to tingle. "Sorryyy..." Tyler pulls out the innocent card amidst puppy dog eyes under his thickly spread eye lashes in addition to a pouting (and on special occasions) quivering bottom lip.
Josh looks down on him along side narrowing his eyes and shaking his head at him. Tyler pays close attention to his deep scar that goes into his eyebrow. His toes curl and his breathing hitches. "Come on. We have an entire apartment to explore" Josh smirks lightly turning his words back on Tyler. He throws his hands in his pockets and walks off with Tyler left behind squirming. What did that coma do to him? What ever it was, it's heightening Tyler's sex drive!
Master bedroom. Big. Built in closet. decent view from the window. Nothing more you could ask from a bedroom.

Tyler trots in behind Josh and leans subtly on the door frame behind him. "This is all ours!" walks into the centre of the room with a wide smile that make his eyes squinty. "All ours!" Tyler hugs Josh tightly, feeling glad that he's stood with him right now. Josh sweeps him off his feet and has Tyler's legs wrapped around his waist. He plants a sweet peck to Tyler's nose.
"I love you, Tyler" those words have been stuck at the back of his throat for so long and how they roll off his tongue is like he's been saying it all along. That must be a sign it's meant to be. "I love you, too, Joshua".
