"Will you just let it go!?" Mellie yelled slamming the front door closed.

"Let it go? No! You're ex is here!!" Liv yelled back popping down on the couch a stern scowl planted in her face.

"Well I'm not talking about it!" Mellie yelled back storming into the back room. She and Liv had been arguing since the beach party ended. She just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep.

"Mellie! We have to talk about this!" Liv came into the bedroom on her crutches closing the door behind her. Still very tired she sat down on the edge of the bed.

Mellie whipped her head around. Her face was red in anger, her eyes stormy grey, "We don't have to talk about a damn thing Olivia! Let the shit go already!" She growled.

Liv's eyes narrowed. She looked Mellie dead in her face. "I remember her now. She looks very different but I remember her. I remember how you were with her."

There was a long pause between the two girls. The tension was high and very uncomfortable.

"Do you still love her? Sasha I mean. You still love her?" Her voice was hard as stone. Her face showed no emotional expression at all. Mellie could see Liv's Chinese wall building up right before her.

"Because if you do tell me now. Tell me so I can leave with my dignity."

Mellie let out a sigh. She plopped down next to Liv on the bed. She ran her hands through her long brown hair, with her eyes closed. After a while of calming herself down she looked over at Liv, who's face was still hard as stone.

She went to reach for her but Liv pulled back.

"Answer me Mel. Do you still love her it's a yes or no question." Her eyes began to water but she refused to break the cold stare.

"Livvie. I only love you. Just you." The brunette reached for the shorter girl again this time with her not pulling away. She pulled Liv close to her wrapping her arms around her body.

"I love you Liv."

Olivia looked Mellie into her eyes, they too were watering. She cupped her face and pulled her down for kiss. Mellie's soft lips collided with Liv's plump ones. The kiss was slow and soft. Neither one of them wanted the moment to end.

Liv tasted the saltiness of Mellie's tears as she pulled her into her. Mellie slowly layed Liv on her back crawling on top of her not breaking the kiss for anything.

They pulled away to look at each other.

"I love you too." Liv said before capturing Mellie's lips in another kiss.

***

Liv woke early in the morning, earlier than she normally did, but she didn't really get that much sleep last night. She was to worried to go to sleep or stay asleep.

Olivia's POV:
I look up at a sleeping Mellie. Her hair is covered over her face blocking her eyes, nose and mouth. Every so often when she breathed out through her mouth her hair would fly up before falling back down over her lips.

I place a soft kiss on her lips before getting up out of bed and heading into our bathroom. I can't help but feel a little worried about the Sasha situation. I know that her and Mellie are over but I have a bad feeling in my gut.

And my gut is NEVER wrong.

I know Mellie loves me, but this is her ex after all. I turn on the faucet to the sink. Once I was comfortable with the water temperature I splashed some on my face.
