Hi, my name is Dr. Stevens. I need to get a hold of Elena Smith? I have Grace Sanders here in the hospital, she was admitted here two nights ago, she collapsed in a shopping store and was rushed in an ambulance. The reason for this occurring we believe is from her lack of eating, she has lost 60 pounds in the course of 2 months, leaving her at an unhealthy weight of 98 pounds. We have started her on nutrients and a feeding tube, and noticed implications of self harm and other things.
