[Author's Note:] Drew's name before she married Reve was Drew Lancet. Just puting it out there to avoid confusion.

Drew pondered on what Finn had to say about her and Reve. She thinks about how different her life would be if she never met him. Maybe she'd never have known what love was. After all, he was the first person to love her.

~Flashback~

Forcing a smile she took the hand of the man she was being introduced to. The man held a firm grip as he shook and Drew could only think about upholding formalities during this event.

"There you are!" Finn exclaimed as he made his way over to Drew. She gave him a small shove.

"Formalities." She scolded in a murmer, loud enough for him to hear.

Finn replied back in a whisper, "Right. I hate these things."

Sensing the awkwardness, Drew realised she needs to introduce him. "This is Agent Heyland. He's in my team of agents."

"I'm Charlie." The bearded man held out a hand, just as he did for Drew. "So you must be the partner in crime."

"Actually, that would be me." Skylar held out her hand for the man. "Agent Rose."

Whilst Skylar and the man engaged in conversation, Drew and Finn both excused themselves.

"Well, you're looking pretty suave in that suit Mr. Heyland." Drew complimented as she adjusted his bowtie.

"It's Agent Heyland." He corrected in a joking manor. "But I must say I have been outdone by a rather gorgeous lady wearing a black chiffon dress with a slit down the thigh."

Drew gestured to the slit in her dress on her right thigh. "Oh, you mean like this one?"

"Excuse me but please may I borrow Agent Heyland for a moment?" A fellow agent requested.

Finn gave Drew an apologetic look. "I'll try to be quick."

Drew decided to make her way over to the food table but as she was approaching, she was met by a young man who seemed to be rather intent on striking a conversation with her.

"Hi. I'm Kaden. I couldn't help but notice you are alone." Drew tried to be polite and dismiss herself but was stopped when the director joined the conversation.

"Ah, Agent Lancet. I see you've met my son." He exclaimed. "I hope he isn't troubling you." He glared at Kaden.

Drew gave out a subtle laugh. "No. I was just leaving." She tried once again to dismiss herself.

"Actually I've been wanting to talk to you about the program." He started to relate the topic he had in mind.

As the director of the agency continued to speak, Drew's gaze searched the room. She could see hundreds of agents all dressed in suits and tuxedos with women wearing elegant dresses clinging to their arms.

Her gaze stopped when it landed on a certain person who was leaning against the buffet table with a glass of wine in his had. Reve. She had only met him once but how could she forget his name, she made quite the impression.

He was watching them both engage in conversation and as Drew looked to the director to assure him she was listening, when she looked towards the buffet table, she could no longer see Reve watching her. The silhouette against the wall on her left was nearing and she knew who it was already.

"I'm sorry but I must steal this lovely lady from you. We have an urgent matter to attend to." Reve placed his right hand against Drew's back and dismissed them both.

"Lovely Lady?" Drew laughed. "Did you forget my name or something?" She asked once they were at the buffet table.

Reve took a sip from his wine, watching her rather intently as she filled up her plate with desserts. "No. It's not one to forget. It seems that you're already on dessert." He turns towards the opposite side of the buffet table. "What did you have to eat?"

After she's placed a piece of gateàu on her plate, she looks at him with a serious expression. "You mean, you were actually gonna eat snails or whatever else they're serving?"

"No, of course not. That's why I was asking you what you ate." He rolls his eyes.

"This is a gala, Reve. I know this is your first one so, I'll give you some advice. You don't eat the food. You just skip straight to dessert. Look how appetizing it is!" Drew exclaimed.

Reve smiled. "You remembered my name."

"Yeah, well, considering you're gonna be in my team of agents, I did my research." She rolled her eyes and handed a plate to Reve.

He started piling desserts onto his own plate. "Stalker much?"

"You're talking to one of the most highly skilled agents in our organisation. I think you should watch your tone." Drew pauses. "I could beat your sorry butt in ten seconds." She adds.

Reve gives out a small laugh. "I wouldn't doubt it." He hands her a spoon and takes one for himself. When they reach the end of the table to the drink section, Reve reaches for two glasses. "Wine?" He asks.

"White." She answers.

"Good. It won't stain as bad if you spill it on me!" He joked.

Drew argued, "That was one time."

Across the room, she sees Finn with a stupid grin on his face, holding up both of his thumbs.

~Present Day~

"Sweet Street? Really?" Drew laughed and rolled her eyes.

She thought about her conversation with Finn and realised he was right. It was time to let Reve back into her life. She didn't want to waste anymore time without him.

When she gave him a call, she didn't expect him to turn up to her house and claim he has somewhere to take her. And she certainly didn't expect him to take her to Sweet Street.

"Our first date." Reve stated. "I remember how badly my stomach ached the next day and my jaw was so sore from all the chewing." He laughed.

Drew remembers it like it was yesterday. "What better place is there to start over again?" She smiled.

"I want to do it all again with you, Drew." He whispered.

"Then let's go inside." She interwined both their fingers and they walked through the door.
