Just Do It

They tell me just to do it,

To get it over and done with,

They tell me just to do it now

Or else I won’t learn how.

They say it’s not that difficult,

To just do what I am told,

They tell me just to do it now

Before I get too old.

They tell me to concentrate,

To put in all my energy,

They tell me just to do it now,

But is that really me?

They tell me just to do it,

So I sit calmly while they’re here

But as soon as they are gone again

The revision stops, oh dear.
