You push me away,
You shut me out,
But you know I’ll stay,
And still you doubt.
You close the door,
You don’t let me in,
This isn’t a war,
There’s nothing to win.
You cut me out,
You try to ignore me,
But just think about,
I’m here as I want to be.
Open your heart,
And know I’m here,
I won’t tear it apart,
There’s nothing to fear.
