Ocean Eyes [ COMPLETED ]

Chapter 12 Part 2

For hours we watched various movies and shows to pass the time. Kong was outside running on the balcony. We heard Kong barking so I got up and let him in. I put him in his cage and he fell asleep.

After I placed Kong inside his cage, I went back to the couch and plopped myself next to Daniel.

"Hey, Anna" Daniel asked breaking the silence.

"What's up Dani?" I replied back.

Daniel looked at me and said, "Do you want to go somewhere tomorrow, you know just the two of us?"

"Is this your way of asking me on a date?" I say.

"Maybe," he said drawing out the e.

"Then I would love to, where would our date be then?"

"It's a surprise," Daniel said smiling at me.

"We'll leave around 6 then" Daniel continued.

"Sounds good to me Seavey," I say as I rest my head on his shoulder.

-Daniel's POV-

Anna fell asleep on my shoulder, she looked adorable as she slept.

I situated myself so Anna's body would lay on top of mine (see picture below for example)

I played with her hair and gave her a head massage. I saw a smile creep onto her face. I smiled at her.

After an hour or so, Anna started to move a little. I put down my phone, she started to rub her eyes and she looked around. She then looked up at me, her green eyes sparkling. We both started to blush, I went and kissed her forehead.

"How'd you sleep?" I asked as my arms wrapped around her body.

"It was a really good nap" Anna replied as she started to stretch.

Anna got up and went over to Kong. She picked him up and brought him over to the couch. She sat down on the floor and started to play with him. I started to laugh when Kong started to chase Anna around.

I heard the door unlock and someone walking in.

"Hey love birds, I'm back!" Logan yelled throwing a plate on the ground.

We all laughed.

"So Anna, you wanna clean up the plate?" Logan asked leaning against the wall.

"Hahaha Logan, not happening" She replied sassily.

"Ugh fine, I guess I have to start adulting then," Logan said throwing his hands up into the air.

Once he was done cleaning the mess, he noticed Kong was chasing Anna again.

"Kong! Stop chasing other guy's girls. I know she's pretty and all but she's Daniel's girl!" Logan yelled as he scooped up Kong.

I saw Anna's face turning red, Logan and I laughed.

"We'll we better get going, it's starting to get late," I said as I picked up both Anna and I's phone.

"Ok, see ya love birds!" said as he waved at us.

I grabbed Anna's hand as he walked out of the penthouse.

"You know Anna, you look so adorable whenever you blush," I said as we walked into the elevator.

"Ugh I do not," Anna said playfully hitting my arm.

"Says the guy who turns like a tomato whenever he blushes" She continued.

"Touché" I reply back.

We exited the elevator and walked to the curb, we waited a couple minutes and the uber pulled up. We got inside and we were off.

Anna rested her head on my shoulder and fell asleep.

We were finally back at the house, I thanked the driver and carried Anna bridal style out of the car and into the house.

Once I opened the door, the boys came rushing towards us.

"Shh, she's asleep" I whispered.

The boys nodded their heads, Corbyn helped me close the door and I went upstairs. I got to Anna's bed and set her down. I pulled the covers over her and kissed her forehead.

"Good night princess" I whispered as I walked out.

I shut her door and walked back downstairs and sat down on the couch.

The boys and I started to talk for a while, then I started to mention Anna and I's date.

"So I'm taking Anna on a date tomorrow," I said.

"Finally, my ship has started to sail," Corbyn said pumping his fist into the air.

"And I want to ask her out tomorrow" I continued trying not to laugh.

"Now I won't be the only guy to have a girlfriend," Corbyn said winking at me.

We all laughed.

"So where are you taking her?" Jonah asked.

"I'm taking her to the Hollywood sign" I reply.

"Ohh snazzy" Corbyn says.

"Well you better take care of her Daniel, I won't be too forgiving the next time you hurt her," Jonah said.

"Deal, slap some sense into me if I hurt her again," I said putting my hands up.

I looked at my phone and it read 2:33 AM

"Man, I didn't realize how long we've been talking. I'm going to head upstairs now" I said as I got up.

"Night Daniel" the boys replied.

I walked upstairs and to my room, I opened the door and saw a figure in my bed. I shut the door and went over to my bed, it was Anna. I smiled, I changed into some sleeping shorts and took off my shirt. I walked over to my side of the bed and laid down. I felt an arm wrap around my body and a head on my chest. I looked down to see Anna sleeping peacefully.

"Good night Dani," Anna said quietly.

"Goodnight babygirl" I replied kissing the top of her head

So I'm going to update some time afterschool tomorrow, but I may not be able to update on Saturday cause I have to go help at an event all day. But I think I'll be able to post at night.
