Ocean Eyes [ COMPLETED ]

Chapter 12 Part 1

I woke up to the sun shining into my face. I noticed a shirtless Daniel sleeping next to me. His hand was around my waist, his breathing was slow and calm. He looked so peaceful sleeping.

I went up to his chest and snuggled into it. His arms wrapped around my body tightly, I could feel his head rest on top of mine.

"Good morning Anna," Daniel said in his raspy morning voice.

"Good morning Dani," I said as I looked up at him smiling.

"Ugh, I love that smile of yours" Daniel replied smiling down at me.

"You're such a dork," I said giggling.

He kissed my forehead and cuddled me.

I'm so glad I'm back home.

I decided to get up and head to the bathroom. I untangled myself from Daniel's arms and started to get up out of bed. I felt an arm wrap around my waist and something warm on my back as I was pulled back down.

Daniel began to kiss the back of my neck sending chills down my spine. He rested his head on my shoulder, I looked back to see a pouting Daniel.

"Do you have to get up?" Daniel said giving me a pouty face.

"I have to get ready Dani, Logan asked me if I could dog sit Kong for a day" I replied giving Daniel a kiss on the cheek.

"Can I come?" Daniel said perking up.

"Sure, why not" I replied back.

"Yay!" Daniel said excitingly.

"We better start getting ready, he wants us to be at the apartment in an hour," I said.

"Ugh fine" Daniel replied letting go of my waist.

I got up and went to my bathroom to wash up. I heard my door close, so I knew Daniel had exited my room.

After I showered, I put on my outfit and some makeup.

While I was fixing my outfit, Daniel came into my room.

"Ready to leave?" Daniel asked as he leaned on the doorframe.

"Ready," I said as I walked towards the door.

We intertwined our fingers together and walked down the stairs.

Once we reached the bottom of the stairs, the boys were looked up at us from inside the kitchen.

"So Daniel's going with you huh?" Jack asked.

"Yep," I said popping the p.

"Well both of you have fun then," Jonah said waving.

I waved back and Daniel and I headed out the door. We got into the uber, told him the address and we were off. As we sat in the uber, Daniel placed his hand on my thigh. I looked at him smiling and I rested my head on his shoulder.

We finally got to Logan's complex, we thanked the driver and got out. Daniel grabbed my hand and we headed towards Logan's penthouse. Once we got to the door, he knocked and we waited.

The door handle turned and Logan popped out from behind the door with a camera in his hands.

"Aye, thas muh boi! And muh girl!" Logan yelled.

We laughed, Logan finished filming so he put the camera down.

Logan and Daniel did their handshake and Logan gave me a hug.

"So I'm guessing you guys made up huh?" Logan said leaning back.

"Yep, we made up," Daniel said as he wrapped his arm around my waist.

"You're welcome Anna," Logan said giving me a wink.

I laughed and thanked him.

"Welcome for what?" Daniel asked looking at me with confusion.

"I think Logan can explain everything for you," I said looking at the both of them.

I walked away from them as they started to talk. I looked around trying to find Kong. I looked down and saw a little ball of fur running around my ankles. I giggled and picked him up.

"Hi, cutie!" I said in a baby voice as I held up Kong.

"He isn't Simba Anna," Daniel said as he was filming me.

"I mean he could be if you look hard enough" I shot back.

We all laughed.

"Well I got to go, so don't burn down the place while I'm gone," Logan said as he walked out the door.

I sat down on the couch and placed Kong beside me.

Daniel came over and plopped himself on the other side of me. I noticed he was laughing at the video of me holding Kong in the air like Simba.

"Do not post that Daniel, I look so bad in that," I said trying to reach for the phone.

"You never look bad Anna, believe me, you're always beautiful," He said smiling at me.

I looked at him blushing.

I stopped and let him post the video. Once he was done he put an arm around my shoulder.

"I'm glad you're back Anna," Daniel said breaking the silence.

"I'm happy to be back" I replied resting my head on his chest.

Kong got up and snuggled in between Daniel and I's lap.

Posted a chapter today cause I had some time, I might be able to post one tomorrow.
