Ocean Eyes [ COMPLETED ]

Chapter 18 Part 1

-Annabelle's POV-

I heard my door open and a group of people walked in. My eyes slowly fluttered open as they crowded around my bed.

"Happy Birthday Anna!" The boys harmonized.

"Good morning!" They continued.

"We'll meet you two downstairs," Corbyn says as he signals the boys to exit the room.

"Good morning baby," Daniel says as he pecks my lips.

"Good morning Dani and thank you" I reply kissing his soft lips once again.

"There's someone waiting for you downstairs, so get ready," Daniel says after we break away.

He leaves my room and I quickly wash up. I throw on a crop top, shorts, and a cardigan and run downstairs. As I jump off the last step, I look up to see Aspen and Atallia sitting on the couch.

"Aspen! Atallia!" I shout as I run up and hug them both.

"Hey Anna! We flew down for a week to celebrate your birthday" Both girls say.

"Well, I'm glad you came" I smile at them.

"Now as our gifts, we're going shopping and we'll pay for everything" Aspen as she places her hands onto her hips.

"No you girls shouldn't, I can pay for myself," I say feeling bad.

"No No, we're going to pay and you not changing our minds," Atallia says.

"Fine" I say giving up knowing they weren't giving up.

"Well off to the mall then!" I say.

The girls and I got an uber and rode down to the mall. We walked to multiple stores looking for clothes and other necessities.

-Daniel's POV-

I talked to Aspen and Atallia before they came to the house asking them if they could distract Anna for me while I got the puppy and set up the house.

Jonah and I started to head down to the animal shelter right next to the mall Anna was in. We checked our surroundings making sure Anna wasn't anywhere in sight. We then walked over to the shelter, I walked up to the counter and noticed it was the same worker who helped us yesterday.

"Here to pick up your girlfriend's puppy, Mr. Seavey?" She asks.

"Yes, I am" I reply.

"Let me go grab the puppy and the items," She says as he gets up from her chair and walks into a back room.

A couple minutes later, she walks back with the puppy in a cute basket and some toys, a collar, some puppy pads and 2 bowls. A man who was following behind her set down a bag of food next to Jonah. I thanked her for everything, paid and left. I placed the collar on Lizzie and walked out holding Lizzie, the basket, and the bowls. I set the toys into the basket while Jonah carried the dog food. We placed everything in the car, I held the puppy while Jonah drove us home.

We got home and I immediately went outside so the dog could do her business. After Lizzie was done, I put her in a cage we had gotten a couple weeks back. It wasn't easy hiding it from Anna but we somehow did it.

We suddenly heard a knock at the door, Corbyn walked over and opened it. Angi greeted Corbyn and ran inside the house making sure to greet everyone else. Christina greeted Corbyn as they walked hand in hand over to the cage.

"THIS LITTLE GUY IS SO ADORABLE!" The girls squeal.

They kneel down and start to play with the little puppy. Corbyn and I laugh as we start to decorate.

-Jack's POV-

As the boys and I decorated the house, I heard a kick at the door. I slowly walked towards the door and cautiously opened it.

"Oh hey Aspen," I say as I let her in.

"Ugh took you long enough!" she exclaimed as she set down multiple bags.

"Can you help me bring this up, Jack?" She asks.

"Of course," I respond as I pick up the bags, letting Aspen guide me to Anna's room.

"Thanks, Jack," Aspen says as she smiles at me.

"No problem Aspen," I say as a blush creeps across both of our faces.

"Man do you look adorable when you blush," I say as I rub the back of my neck.

"Do not Avery!" Aspen says punching me and her face reddening.

I walk over to Aspen and pull her body close to mine.

"Wha...What are you doing Jack?" She stutters as she looks up at me.

I softly cup my hands on her face, I slowly lean and kiss her soft lips. She kissed back. It felt so good to finally do this, I want to make her mine. But was it the right time?

We pulled away and I stared into her beautiful eyes.

"That was amazing," Aspen said softly.

"It sure was," I say smiling.

"I love you Aspen" I continue.

"I love you too ya dork" She replies as she buries her face into my chest.

"We should head downstairs and continue decorating," Aspen says as she escapes my grasp and starts heading out the door.

I quickly grab her wrist and pull her back to me.

"Not before I do this," I say as I quickly kiss her lips again.

She blushes as we pull away, she grabs my hand and walk down the stairs.

"Looks like the 2 lovebirds decided to show up," Zach says.

"Lovebirds?" I question.

"We can tell, you have a little something on your face," Jonah says as the boys laugh.

I let go of Aspen's hand and run to the bathroom, I look at the mirror and see a lipstick stain across my lips. I quickly wash off the makeup and join everyone who's continued to decorate.
