Goeun stood in front of her closet, memories suddenly rushing to her mind as she remembered the first time she was wondering what to wear was when she was sneaking out at the middle of the night to meet Seungmin. Moreover, that was their first day, so how could she have forgotten?
Yet, here she was again. This has started becoming a daily routine. Choosing outfits so she could meet Seungmin on a date. Her school life has drastically changed as well. Every day after school, Seungmin and her would walk to a nearby food truck or a restaurant to eat. It beats walking home alone for sure, that's what Goeun says. Besides, Jaehyuk was always with his girlfriend anyway—not that she was complaining.
Goeun decided to dress a little fancy today but didn't ditch her usual leggings getup. So she wore a white blouse over black leggings and left her hair down. She stared at herself in the mirror and smiled. She was ready for the date.

The date's theme today was relaxation and going with the flow. Goeun guessed they would probably head to the park and walk around or actually sit down and order takeouts like chicken. It was too bad they were still too young to drink beer. She couldn't wait until she finally becomes an adult. She would be able to drink all the beer she wants by then. Heck, even soju or wine!
"Blob blob!" a voice said from behind, startling her.
Goeun abruptly turned around, ready to smack whoever it was but paused when she saw the face of the person. It was none other than her dorky and lovable boyfriend. She smiled before she rolled her eyes and placed a hand on her hip. "Did you really screamed out "blob blob" instead of "boo"?"
Seungmin looked away, scratching his head. "Uhh... yes?"
Goeun stared at Seungmin's flustered state and grinned. This reminded her of Youngmin. If you ever saw these two out together, you wouldn't be able to mistake the big resemblance of theirs. "You're so adorable, Minmin! Come on. Let's go."
"Uhh... I missed you!"
Goeun smiled and right when she was about to tell him the same thing in return, she felt something very warm. Then she realized Seungmin was hugging her tightly as if she would leave anytime soon.
Goeun was usually the teasing type—she didn't blush as easily as Seungmin did. But right now? She thought it was an exemption as her cheeks continued to burn red and her heart beating intensely it felt like it would jump out of her chest any second. Her head started to droop lower in embarrassment but she was definitely enjoying the warmth of Seungmin's hug.
"I love you lots... you ugly fish finger," Goeun said with a smile, her face buried deep into his chest.
"Aww, I love you too—wait, did you just call me an ugly fish finger...?"
"Heh." Like that, Goeun squeezed her grip around him tighter.

"Maybe I should've reconsidered dating you... You're really making my wallet go dry..."
With a fried chicken in her hand, she lifted it up and then shrugged before she said, "What can I say? I am a very interesting person who is full of charms. I'm surprised I don't even have a line of boys lining up. I must be too good for them."
"That or no one would be interested in dating a..." Before Seungmin could finish his sentence, he glanced over to check his girlfriend's reaction and heard the word death ringing at the back of his head. So he quickly swallowed the piece of seondae in his mouth and hesitantly continued, "...a-a-a very fine specimen..."
