Kara's p.o.v.

I keep my hand out in front of Barry as I continue to listen to the footsteps, they seem pretty far away. I use my x-ray vision and see Mon-El walking with Iris, hand in hand. Tears sting my eyes as I look at Mon-El. I haven't seen him in months... and he's holding Iris's hand? This may not be real, but it sure as hell still hurts.

I turn to Barry. "It's Iris and Mon-El." I whisper. "They're holding hands and heading our way." Barry tilts his head slightly. "Holding hands?" He asks and I nod. His eyebrows furrow together and he stared at something behind me.

I heard the footsteps getting closer and told Barry to follow me then walked out into the open area where Mon-El an Iris were standing at the other end of. We turn to look at them and I stop, staring at Mon-El. It takes almost everything I have inside of me not to run over to him and engulf him in my arms. "Who are you?" Mon-El asks, slightly pushing Iris behind him.

I put my hands up, signaling I wouldn't hurt them. "We're here to help. You guys were reported missing." "About that..." Iris says from behind Mon-El. "What happened?" Barry asks. "Follow us and we'll tell you." Mon-El says and Barry and I both nod. We follow them in silence.

They lead us to a lounge area room with couches and chairs and two vending machines lining one of the walls. Iris and Mon-El sit next to each other and Barry and I do the same on a couch across from them.

"Well, Mon-El and I met and we instantly clicked. So we started secretly dating about a month later. Then after a month we decided to tell our parents... that didn't go so well. My dad kicked me out and threatened to disown me. Our families are arch enemies." Iris explains.

"So you just decided to run away together?" Barry asks, his eyebrows furrowing together slightly. Mon-El nods. "We didn't know what else to do." I nod. "What if we take you two back and try to talk to your parents about this. Maybe if we can let them see how much you two like each other and how happy you make each other, then they will let you guys be together."

Iris nods. "Yeah. Let's give it a shot."

Alex's p.o.v.

"So, how does this thing work?" I ask Caitlin while she hooks up the neurological stimulator. "Well it should connect to whatever part of the brain that they are in and it will send it to this tv and we will be able to see what's happening." I nod and sigh. "I sure hope this works." I say quietly. "So do I." I hear Caitlin whisper.

A little later an image flicks on the screen. Barry runs out of a building and looks around. We hear a gunshot and Barry falls to the ground. "Barry!" We see Kara yell as she runs to Barry.

Welp. You're welcome for the cliffhanger.

I'm not quite sure how long I can keep this story going but I'm going to try. The next chapter will be more of a flashback and then later in the story it may just be Superflash. Idk. We shall see.

I'm currently in Biology class and the bell is gonna ring in like 20 minutes but I should probably blast.
