Prologue

A/N- Hey Guys! I am making this for my own pleasure. Anyway I kind of thought that Sakura is underestimated. This story is a little bit AU. If I was the creator of Naruto, I would have made Sakura a bit more mysterious. Also let me remind you that she is a civilian, while everyone else in her class are like clan heads. That is hard to live up to, and she made best Kunoichi. Sorry for any misspellings and grammatical errors. Really short Chapter, sorry.

 A little boy mumbled. "Why were they so mean?" 

The boy kicked the dirt in frustration. "What did I ever do to them? I'm not a demon..am I?" 

The boy was standing in the forest looking down as his flashy blond hair reflected the sun rays that were looming in between the trees' shadows. He was all alone, or so he thought. 

"Why does everyone hate me? Maybe it would just be better if I didn't exist..." The boy mumbled again. He looked around, and something pink caught his eye. It was a pink silk ribbon that had black markings on it. It was floating down to the ground, He decided to catch it. The silky ribbon fell into his delicate palms, as he gazed at the kanji. 

You Matter.

 "Hello? Is someone there?" The little boy screamed into the forest. When he raised his head he revealed little whisker marks on his cheeks. He looked around for any sign of life, but stopped when he spotted a masked figure. 

"Hello?" He asked again as he stepped a little bit closer. "Who are you?" Then the figure came more into the light to reveal a female who looks older, with a pink ribbon tied around her wrist. She had an ANBU mask on and you could see a hint of brown hair tied into a ponytail. She was wearing a pink shirt with black shorts. 

"You know, Some Things Are Best Unknown."

"Are you going to hurt me?" 

"Of course not. Why would you think that?"

"Because I am a demon." The boy said looking solemnly at the ground. The girl came closer and tilted his chin up to face her masked face, it looked like there was a pink cherry blossom on the mask. 

"You listen to me, loud and clear ok? You are not a demon, no matter how many people say you are. You have two ears, two eyes, a mouth, a nose, and five fingers and toes. What makes you any different? The best way to prove to the people who hurt you is not letting them get to you, don't start doing the things that they claim you do. You will go through this world with your head high with no one else judging your path except yourself. If you don't like your life, do something about it. Do you hear me?" The boy looked up at the girl amazed at what she said, no one has ever done that before. 

"But what if I'm not capable of changing my life?"

"You are, you just have to believe it. If it makes a difference, I believe you can do anything, because you have a strong, and beautiful heart."

"You really think I can do it? And all I have to do is believe it?" The boy asked expectantly.

"Yes."

"Believe it!" The boy shouted it, trying it on his tongue. "I like it."

"Me too, I think it suits you."

"Hey Blossom?"

"Yes?"

"Why are you helping me?"

"Because I feel like it." She responded unsure herself.

"Hey Naruto?"

"Yeah?"

"Revenge isn't the answer. Bye." And then she disappeared the same way she came. The boy with whiskers suddenly realized that she had said his name, but how? He had never said it to her. He looked down at the ribbon and gasped, but then smiled. 

Believe It.

He would definitely remember this moment, and he would definitely cherish this ribbon and phrase forever.

It was the smile that through everyone off. She was always cheerful, always smiling, and always kind to other people.  She had her friends, and her rivals, and her crush, but no one looked beyond that, and the fact that she has bubblegum hair. But little did they know, she fooled them all. 

This Sakura Blossom and her secrets, bloomed a long time ago.

Her secrets might hurt her loved ones, because sometimes, Some Things Are Best Unknown.

A/N- Hey guys! This is my first naruto fanfiction. Anyway, in this chapter I was just trying to show that there is more to Sakura then what meets the eye. in this story she is going to have an Alias, the Cherry Blossom. She is a good ninja, but not way too powerful, but she helps people who are having a crisis. She helps them make the right choice's and gives advice. And her trademark is the ribbon. There will be a bit of a backstory as to why she uses ribbons. And her past is a little different from canon. Also she is very intelligent and is very wise for her age.
