"Kade I'll be back soon" I say hugging him "see you then" Kade says with a small smile.
"Hey Jake" I softly say "morning" Jake says rubbing his eyes and yawning "how are you feeling?" I ask grabbing the paper work that's in the bench "I'm still a little bit sore but otherwise I just want to get home" Jake says signing the paper that I gave to him.
"Has Alissa, came to see you?" I ask helping Jake stand up "I don't want to talk about it" Jake says and I nod.
I go to the front desk and sign more papers before heading out.
Kade
Me: Jake and I are on our way home
Kade: Okay see you soon
We arrive home and I help Jake out of the car and we walk inside. "Do you want me to help you upstairs" I ask jake who winces as he's climbing the first step "sure" Jake says with pain laced through his voice.
I open Jake bedroom door and I'm shocked at the sight "JAKE WHAT THE F**K!" I yell at him. His bedroom floor is covered with empty vodka bottles and his room is a mess "please don't do this now" Jake whispers sitting on his bed "No lets do it now! What were you thinking!?" I shout "I couldn't help it" Jake says a little louder "Arg that's absolutely bullsh*t! Why did you do this!" I yell again "BECAUSE OF YOU" Jake shouts and I'm shocked "what did I do?" Now I'm the one whispering "I love you and you just took my heart and through it out the window" Jake says almost in tears "no we're not having this conversation again" I say "why not" Jake whispers, I pause trying to find the right words "b-because I still love you too" I whisper so quietly that I don't think Jake heard me.
"Erika please understand me" yep Jake didn't hear me thank god "I'm trying" and with that I can't take it anymore and I walk out and downstairs.
"Kade, we need to talk" I say crying "what's wrong" Kade asks with a worried look on his face as we walk into my room for some privacy "I'm sorry" I cry harder "Erika please tell me"
"I can't do this anymore" I cry "what do you mean" I can see Kade getting upset "I'm sorry, I can't be with you" I cry and Kade storms out "Kade wait!" I shout but he slams the front door.
Why do I mess everything up? Do I still love Jake? Or do I love Kade? My mind races with thoughts as I cry into my pillow soon falling asleep.
